Wonderful service, makes the SOC2 process easier than I expected
What do you like best about the product?
The team that worked with me was so patient with my busy schedule. they were adaptive to the needs of a small startup. The integrations to all environments saved me hours in screenshoting and other paperwork and paper trails.

More integations could be of a use. Adopting to a serverless environemnt can be improved.

We needed a quick turnaorund for our SOC2 certificate

The platform is amazing and the personal service of Oron and his expertise have really helped to make the process easier and manageble

that you can't do "search and replace" in the policies

How to manage the ISO policies and maintain adequete processes

The product is easy to use and its use significantly reduces the anount of manual work required to evidence compliance

There are no significant reason not to use the product if you are looking to achieve ISO or SOC compliance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale ensures that all policies and evidence is stored in a central place where it is easily accessable by those who require access. Much of the evidence required is automatically collected by the system through integion with the systems that we already use. This saves a significant amount of time for our staff and auditor
They tried to be helpful but did not understand our environment well.

They really tried to be helpful when we had queries.

They did not fully understand the requirements for our environment as they more used to AWS.

The mix between a platform that concentrates and organizes everything needed for SOC in a logical and fairly easy-to-use way and the consulting that comes with it to answer all questions and support you doing the process
What do you dislike about the product?
There are places where the platform could be more intuitive in terms of the explanations on what to upload and also some functionalities that can be simplified

Managing the entire SOC2 process - as a person that has no background in information security and compliance its very helpful to have such a platform

What do you like best about the product?
I worked with Oron andTom from the Syctale team, they were helpfull all along the way. The comunication was great, The platform UX is very good and has everyhing you need. They have answer for every quetion and a great boiler plates to make the compliance proccess easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
They had some bugs in the system, but they fixed them pretty quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale helped me get SOC 2 and GDPR compliance quickly and easly, Although I didn't have any knowladge on the proccess at the time.
The deadlines were hectic but lots of support from Scytale helped in getting things done.

They guided us through the ISO certification process and made it all possible within a short period of time.

There is no downside to using Scytale as far as I am concerned

No templates to base information on. Would make it much easier if they had templates for each of the steps to give us a guidline.

Working with the Scytale platform was straight forward and a time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating the Scytale platform to our cloud platform was very straightforward and helped with our journey of becoming SOC2 certified. The Scytale platform takes care the heavy lifting reducing the amount of manual work required to collect evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very straight forward. Navigating some of the menus can take a little bit of getting used to but after using it for a while it is not an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale was able to gather the majority of our evidence needed in an automated fashion for our security compliance journey.
