Scytale really does automate 90% of the load
What do you like best about the product?
Let me tell you, Scytale isn’t lying when they say 90% of the process is automated. Scytale’s team and platform was a huge weight off our shoulders. There was no chasing down paperwork or spending hours configuring practices and controls that we didn’t know how to implement in the first place. The team took care of it all, guiding us throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sure, there's always room for improvement, but honestly, Scytale has addressed all our core needs when it comes to staying on top of our data security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation saves us a significant amount of time, and the platform itself is intuitive to use for maintaining SOC 2 compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in scytale for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale’s solution to managing security compliance efficiently is to automate repetitive tasks. By automating these tasks, we’re able to save a lot of time and money while making sure that we’re meeting regulatory requirements accurately and consistently. As a result, I’m able to spend more time on other strategic areas of security management while improving overall efficiency and overall peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's ease of use was very nice. The customer support were super responsive and of great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacked some automated monitors. Still some manual work could be automated imo.

SOC2 compliance with ease
It's like having an extra pair of security hands on our team.
What do you like best about the product?
We tried doing this in-house but realized very quickly that we would spend ages manually collecting evidence for our SOC 2 audit and scramble to meet compliance deadlines. Scytale automated pretty much all the busywork, so it really was a lifesaver for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have definitely been some adjustments as we learned the ropes, but overall, it's been a smooth experience.

We’re now SOC 2 certified so that’s a big thing ticked off for the business.

Scytale support for Soc2 is excellent
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and tool driven solution offered by scytale, coupled with the top class compliance success team make the process clean and straightforward. Scytale keeps us focussed on what we need to do and I trust Scytale systems to keep me up tod ate on the compliance process as the work of my team moves forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small technical issues on support for Safari. Nothign major.

What do you like best about the product?
Started to work with them to get our SOC2 compliance. Very smooth integration, and amazing customer service. They are very responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind presently. I would like to add additional automatic integrations to reduce the manual part of the process. However, the vast majority of the integrations are already in place.

Preparing my company for our SOC2 audit, using automated tools and personal guidance.

Nicole Alvaro is amazing. Thanks to her, the SOC2 audit couldn't have gone smoother and more simple.

Pricing could be cheaper, usage of the portal is not so intuitive.
