Amazing people, a great service and a real product
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Scytale found great people who helped us to understand the compliance world and to make the relevant adjustments to achieve our goal. Oron (who was our customer success manager) is very welcoming and nice, and working with customers is so natural for him. Thus, I am not surprised that even a challenging process of being SOC2 compliant was fun and effective thanks to his patience and great attitude and energy. I feel lucky that he was the person who helped us with anything we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the product could be a bit more convenient. As a customer, I totally get Scytale's intention and direction, and I think that they are on the right road. However, it felt like the product can be more easy to use, less time-consuming while using it, and with less bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale helped us to be SOC2 compliant, which is very important for us as a company that wants to sell its product to other big customers that require this compliance. We highly consider using Scytale again to be compliant with other standards like ISO.

Simplifying Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is very hands-on. Our compliance manager was always available for any questions, concerns and advisories. They walked us through the process until we officially had the report, guiding us on each SOC 2 requirement.
The automated evidence collection, policy centre, list of customized controls and other features.

What do you dislike about the product?
We provided them some suggestions based on customer experience and were happy to see their team consistently working on improved features and enhanced platform maturity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By avoiding the lengthy and daunting processes involved in security compliance, we saved hours of work with automation and their compliance team. It helped us go through the SOC2 process in a simple way.

An excellent, user friendly platform, requirements are all there and well set out! Makes the journey so much easier! The response time and customer support is great.

N/A - this product is fantastic and I like all aspects - in fact, the new developments have really made a difference to the platform!

Excellent & easy to use platform, possibility to integrate services and the openness of their team. The multidute of standards available to implement is also a big advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
The initial and continued support and intuitive design of the system make the evidence submission and its ongoing maintenance incredibly straight-forward

The support team (thank you @Kyle Morris !) and the product design make this a question I'm unable to answer!

What do you like best about the product?
I made an ISO 27001, SOC2, and SOC 1 process with Scytale, and their SaaS platform helps to get an understanding and the process in each framework. The professional services in Scytale are very talented and agile and can optimize the client's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some framework that currently doesn't support the platform, and far as I know the protect and developers working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale process and the platform are designed to help companies with a thin headcount related to security aspects to achieve the security goals of GRC & security frameworks.
