My Team loves Scytale!
What do you like best about the product?
As a small company completing its first audit, Scytale was indespecible in helping us understand controls, policies, necessary trainings, and more for SOC2 Type II. They really allowed us to put audit work on auto-pilot, freeing up more time for us to do what we need as we grow our business. Our Scytale success manager, Merton, made the entire process super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found no downsides to working with Scytale for our audits.

Scytale helps us manage the completion of our SOC 2 Type II audit. They save us time by making it easy to understand all work necessary to start the audit process, and helping us put our best foot forward in order to complete our audit.

One area for improvement could be the expanding the amount of automated evidence collection.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides all the information needed to complete our ISO27001 certification. Enables our oganisation to focus efforts on the right things, which makes for a very efficient process.

Nothing - biggest challenge on our side is committing the right people and time to the process.

It's providing the right information to focus on the ISO27001 certification requirements. The integration options and automated reporting are great.

What I like best about Scytale is its seamless integration and ease of use. Additionally, the dedicated support from Oron and the Scytale team ensures that any questions or issues are promptly addressed, enhancing the overall user experience.

While Scytale offers a comprehensive suite of features, the initial setup and implementation can be a bit complex for users who are not familiar with compliance processes. However, the support team is very helpful in guiding through this phase.

Compliance Got Much Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The scytlale platform is amazing, very easy to use and very helpful to keep track of the audit. In addition, if you are audting for more then one framework Scytale does a very good job of reuse.
Also, I used the Proffesional Services offered by Scyteal. It was Great, our CSM - Oron is very precise and insightful. The audit process was managed in a very professional way, and the audit itself went smooth. Oron did a great job in orchestrating the audit and the preperation for the audit.

Unfortuently, not all of the audit process can be automated. So I will be happy as more automated processed will be introduced to Scytale.
