Compliance Got Much Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The scytlale platform is amazing, very easy to use and very helpful to keep track of the audit. In addition, if you are audting for more then one framework Scytale does a very good job of reuse.
Also, I used the Proffesional Services offered by Scyteal. It was Great, our CSM - Oron is very precise and insightful. The audit process was managed in a very professional way, and the audit itself went smooth. Oron did a great job in orchestrating the audit and the preperation for the audit.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortuently, not all of the audit process can be automated. So I will be happy as more automated processed will be introduced to Scytale.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely simple to use and very adaptable to our business. I like the automated monitoring of evidence, and also the great customer service from Merton and his team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small bugs in the platform but easily fixed with a tech support call.

What do you like best about the product?
Both the Sytale platform and their experts really helps us in organizing our compliance program, stay up to date on the latest requirements, and be much less reliant on spreadsheets. Every year, we have seen their platform get better where we are happily become more reliant on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major comes to mind. It would be great to see them branch out to other compliant adjacent areas such as completing vendor security risk assessments from enterprise customers.

Service, not just software ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small team, but have big, well known global clients. ISO 27001 certification was necessary for our continued growth. We engaged ISO consultants, set things up in MS Excel and a Policies & Procedures platform, but as a tech company, it just felt like a disjointed system. We looked seriously at Drata and Vanta. 2 weeks before our Stage 2 audit we decided to bite the bullet and implement Scytale because they offered professional services help to get us ready. The total cost, was actually similar to what I had paid a consultant to perform our internal audit... and Scytale includes the internal audit moving forward. No brainer!
Ronan and Mishca were unbelievable. They got in and got all our policies updated and into Scytale. They gave guidance and made the process so easy. We passed with no non-conformances on our first attempt! I credit the services of Scytale for that.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product is great but there are still too many external spreadsheets with my Information Security Registers and Action plans. I have no doubt these things will be addressed in due course.

Scytale is the streamlining of our ISO 27001 compliance. The platform and the services to acheive and exceed compliance.

I've been I happy client of Scytale since 3 years, and ongoing. Scytale plays a vital role our complaince program that includes a wide range of industry-standards, like SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 45003, and more.
The Sytale Platform is amazing; it's a trule integrated complaince platform that is organized intuitively and pragmatically to guide our compliance experience. For example within the Scytale platform all evidence is mapped to the applicable clauses across the multiple industry standards, this way eliminating redundant and repetitive tasks. Another great feature is their built-in workflow engine that allow us to have all company team members to work together, or asynchronously.
Moreover, their consultants are very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. A big shout-out to Adar, Wesley and others!

What do you like best about the product?
If you like long, complicated and expensive compliancy projects, you are at the wrong place with Scytale. With Scytale everybody can become security officer, privacy officer and HR manager as all tasks in an audit are made easy. We have become SOC compliant in no time.

The use of CSV formats for importing list.

We need SOC compliance for some contracts we have with our clients. Scytale was the fastest and best way to get this.

Becoming SOC2 complient is no easy task, but Wesley and his team made our experience as seemless as it can possibly be. They've been very responsive and reliable. Their software, along with proper guidance, has empowered us to go through the whole process efficiently.
