Scytale assist INX to prepare all the docs and requirements for the SOC2 audit
What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Scytale system was an accelerator for our company.
It helped us to stay focused on the SOC2 requests and pass the examination much faster than expected.
The scytale people were informative and kind too.
We continue to use the system as a passive auditor on internal operations.

We gave some feedback on system possible improvements and we already see some of it on the latest version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As human beings, we all make mistakes and in order to save the team from making operational errors, the scytale system acts as a guidebook.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does their platform make it really easy to divide tasks between the team, the service they offer as part of the license makes you feel like you have your own SOC 2 compliance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Would highly recommend if you're looking to take on any type of audit or data privacy certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having our SOC 2 Type II certificate complete, we will be able to move quickly more through contracting processes with our customers.
As an IT auditor, Scytale allows me to enjoy easy project managements.

The team is very professional and friendly, they're available for every question and request. In addition, the platform is easy to understand and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some improvements are required in the platform regarding the controls and the expected evidence. It's being discussed and it's in progress.

Scytale is an efficient platform for gathering evidence for the audit process. I can see everything on one page. I can also track the gathering and get the full picture.

The major problem Scyale solved it's the time-consuming and effort needed to work with all divisions to collect the evidence for the Audit controls.

Getting SOC 2 compliance in an easy yet educational way. Personal service and high quality of personnel.

There are still non-automatic evidence collection but I know that everything is on the road map and as we continue our work we get more and more automations.

The point of contact, Wesley, was always available for assistance. The platform is also responsive, which creates a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
When reassigning tasks, it would not update without refreshing the page. However, Scytale are aware of this and I believe are already working on an update to it.

Making the process of obtaining the SOC2 report easier than having to do it completely alone.

Scytale makes it easier for an organization to be prepared for soc2 audit; with a clear progress status and what exactly is require, we are not wasting time.
