What do you like best about the product?
The combination of the evidence collection platform and human support was very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scytale team was sometimes in a different timezone, however, they were flexible enough to support us when we needed them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale was able to guide us through the process, focus on relevant evidence collection and guide us in case of missing controls.

Scytale gave us autonomy to carry out the SOC2 process and have very good customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
The service of our compliance manager! Wesley was really helpful, patient, and considerate, and helped me a lot. I didn't have any compliance knowledge before starting working on this project, and his service as well as the platform were really helpful with the whole process because they simplify a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping for more automation when I started working with them and although the platform has implemented some new features during the project, I missed being able to mention people in the comments, agility in data collection from integrations and more clarity in the tasks and controls descriptions.

Helped me to understand and to go through the SOC2 process in a simple way. With SOC2.

The system is easy to use, and the automated integrations save plenty of time.
But the best feature by far is the team - you know you're being taken care of. The team is available for any question, small and big, will guide you and provide examples and templates as needed.

Minor UI/UX improvements are needed (they're actively looking for feedback and fixing things on quick release cycles)

Scytale saved us a lot of time, we were able to manage all our compliance tasks in one place and enjoyed the automated evidence collection. During the process, having great support from the team has really made a difference!

There were some missing features, but looking forward to working with the product as they are on the roadmap

As a new startup that wants to be used and sold to big B2B organizations, we had to be SOC2 compliant. Scytale made it easy and quick to get everything needed for SOC2 auditing with an easy-to-use platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The UX isn't perfect. Its requires fixes. For example: when scrolling through the list of tasks, when clicking on a task to read details and collapsing it throughs you to the top of the screen. Such small "irrelevant" bugs can cause some minor frustration :)

They are organizing quite well the whole SOC2 preparation. I manage to organize my tasks and schedule them so that I can integrate my preparation into the SOC 2 process as part of the my day

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale's service is the complete package, combining between the integration of the platform to reduce the manual work needed with the ongoing support of our awesome account manager helped us tackle the SOC2 process simply and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there were missing functionalities in the product when we started, they were compensated by the professional service we got through our account manager, and by the time we completed the audit, these features were already added to the platform.

Facing SOC2 preparation for the first time can be intimidating, you need someone that knows the ropes and can help guide you through the process, Scytale was the ideal partner for that.
