Scytale made our SOC 2 process simple and quick (Complyt.io)
What do you like best about the product?
- Step-by-step guidance (which is perfect for newcomers)
- Great support by our CSM (Hi Kyle!)
- Everything is being tracked on the platform (goodbye excel sheets)
- A lot of templates (so we don't start from scratch)

Small UI improvements (Scytale reacted quickly and added our suggestions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SOC 2 process has a lot of moving parts and Scytale made sure we are not missing anything with minimal effort on our end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the second SOC 2 certification with Scytale and this time again I felt the tool really keeps us organized and on track; Of course, Kyle has really walked us through the entire period. I can not imagine managing all commitments and pieces of evidence in a different way. Special thanks for taking all our suggestions to Scytale platform seriously
How Scytale is helping ShareForce become SOC 2 compliant
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, very extensive in the knowledge it provides to become compliant in each control and assists greatly in managing the audit process. It makes organising the whole process easy and effective. We are assigned a Compliance Success Manager who assists with each step of the process, helped us with checking each of the processes and policies we put in place and just gave overall comfort that we were on the right track and will reach our goal of becoming SOC 2 compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are looking forward to the functionality to receive notifications on any changes done to each task (from comments made, to change of assignee).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently don't have a specific compliance officer who is an expert in these audits, so Scytale has assisted with providing us with the necessary knowledge to implement the processes and controls to ensure we become SOC 2 compliant.

Scytale's team of consultants which assisted Deel in the ISO & SOC audit certifications was super skilled, reliable and available.
Numerous follow-ups meetings and clear action plan from start date to certification date.
Scytale's platform is easy-to-use; we used the platform as the source of truth for all of the documents / materials / controls as we planned for the audit.

The service of the Advisory was great. Manging the process E2E while providing the status of the gaps and policies in the dashboard.
The dashboard helped me to prioritize the tasks and assign them internally to HR, RND, and other personnel in my startup.

The platform missed a feature to verify if the clock exists in every screenshot.

Advice: Some improvements could be made to the platform. There are issues when you open the platform onto Safari. It currently only works with Chrome.
