Seamless Compliance Management with Scytale
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale effectively boosted our compliance management process, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the moment we started using their platform, it was evident that we had made the right choice. One of the standout features of Scytale is its intuitive interface, which makes navigating complex compliance requirements a breeze. Whether it's tracking regulations, managing documentation, or conducting audits, Scytale streamlines every aspect of the compliance process.
Moreover, the support we received from Ronan, our dedicated Compliance Success Manager, has been exceptional. Ronan's expertise and proactive approach have been invaluable in ensuring that we make the most out of Scytale's capabilities. He has been instrumental in providing comprehensive training for our team, and offering ongoing support whenever required.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Scytale has undoubtedly improved our compliance management experience, there are a few minor areas for improvement. Occasionally, we encountered some minor glitches within the platform, which, although quickly resolved by the support team, momentarily disrupted our workflow. Additionally, while the platform is highly customizable, some advanced features require additional configuration, which can be slightly time-consuming, and some integrations that we would find useful are still missing.

What do you like best about the product?
The 👏🏼 Scytale 👏🏼 Platform.
Maybe I’m a little old school, but wow! The platform has so many features that streamlined the process beyond belief. From the integrations to Trello, Monday.com, and other cloud platforms we use, to auditor-approved policy templates. It’s easy compliance all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even more integration options would be amazing. But that’s really the only thing I can think of that can be improved on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, I’m a little old school, so before working with Scytale Excel was the “go-to” software to manage and track our compliance effort. (Not the best option!) Scytale provides a platform that makes evidence collection, policy creation, and many other processes necessary to get compliant, quick, and easy in one centralized place.
Automation meets human touch
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale really hits that sweet spot between automation with their platform, and high-level compliance advice with their awesome team. We’ve done both SOC 2 and HIPAA with Scytale, and the experience was just the best. I take my hat off to the team, they are the BEST!
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve seen so much improvement since we started working with Scytale, so I have nothing bad to say. The team is open to feedback and actively works to make the platform better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale makes getting compliant with multiple frameworks so easy. We needed SOC 2 and HIPAA and Scytale was able to help us, no problem.
Scytale saved my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Not sure where to start, but I will list the top ones. Firstly, the platform, it is such as breath of fresh air to see such a simple platform perform exactly what you need it to do. From policy templates to integration services so evedience is automatically loaded. Platform is awesome.
Secondly, the customer success team. They are there whenever you need them, super friendly and helpful! Cannot recommend enough

The best feature by far is their automated evidence collection as it means we don’t have to physically collect screenshots and spreadsheets for the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this point. It’s been a very positive experience.

ISO 27001 Certified thanks to Scytale’s great support
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale's pre-built workflows for ISO 27001 really stood out to me. They took the guesswork out of the whole journey and ensured that I was following best practices for my company. It definitely gave me peace of mind knowing that I was meeting all the necessary requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time I have encountered a few minor bumps, the support team has always been there to sort it out. They're quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If it stays that way I’m happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was able to get ISO 27001 certified really quickly. I would say this was largely due to the automated evidence collection, the workflows as mentioned, and definitely the team that became my extended knowledge base. This of course saved us a lot of time and resources for a project I thought was going to take much longer.
Get compliant in half the time frame expected
What do you like best about the product?
Continuous control monitoring feature allows us to make sure we are always on top of our compliance. It’s a real game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their platform can mature a little bit, but we’ve already seen so many improvements.

The main problem Scytale is solving is proving us with an easy-to-use solution so we can achieve and maintain our compliance with ease.

Simplifies ISO27001 process
What do you like best about the product?
We always found it difficult to understand exactly where we where in our ISO27001 process and often over thought it. Working with Scytale has made it clear what tasks we have to do and how far away we are from an audit and it turns out it wasn't that complicated really.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its still under development but thats a good thing too, as new features are getting added.
