Early days but very promising
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is great - especially for non-technical folk. It's really easy to navigate and use, and the fact that you get a dedicated support manager is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far only a few integrations for things like HR systems, but given they have a request feature for new ones that will hopefully be resolved easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really simplifying the mammoth and overwhelming task that is ISO27001 and breaking it down into very manageable tasks and activities for us to work our way through, and giving us all the required templates in the mean time which is saving us a lot of man hours.
The fact you also get a dedicated consultant to join weekly calls and answer any questions is so helpful (shout out to Mischa!)

Easy-to-use, expert support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Scytale keeps everything organized and up-to-date, so we always feel prepared for an audit at any moment. The team is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people might find the platform to take a bit of getting used to in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we have questions related to data security Scytale is there to answer and guide us. They feel like an extension of our company.

We are small company but growing so we wanted to get compliance with SOC2 and you know what Scytale really helped us to organize all the requirements.Their support team is amazing always ready to help with good professional behaviour!

No dislikes actually i am really happy as they helped us to achieve SOC2 !

Thye helped us to organize our system and make compliance with ISO terms.
Intuitive platform to streamline compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Platform automation and breadth of integrations eliminates manual aspects to compliance checks and lets team members focus on their area of expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations would always be beneficial. Some tasks cannot be done in bulk.

User access visibility, training compliance and management, development and change management process standardisation
Great platform and support for SOC 2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Compliance used to be a nightmare for us. We had no real organization in place which meant a lot of sifting through policies, spreadsheets and chasing down colleagues for updates was also chaotic to say the least. Scytale automates all that for us, and gives us a good view of our compliance status at any point in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Scytale for a while now, and I can't really think of anything major that bugs me. It's a smooth-running tool that makes compliance a lot easier for us.

Huge time-saver for SOC 2 compliance.

Mainly that they have a consultant for each client.

There are no examples of how the evidence should look.

They save a lot of time and make the process simpler
Scytale is the definition of turnkey, for achieving organizational compliance
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Scytale is they offer an all encompassing service for your compliance projects. They include the platform, the project management, the advisory (huge benefit) and they have many contacts in their ecosystem to complete the rest. They were an integral part of our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there's nothing I dislike about Scytale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scuttle helps us have one single platform for all compliance needs. That includes, controls, policies, tasks, collaboration and much more. Having one place makes things easier for everyone including auditors. This is huge when there's so many parties involved in a project.

I like their patience and tollarance to our questions and mistakes

I think the time between meetings is too long

I appreciate Scytale's straightforward task management, which significantly clarifies the SOC2 process and reduces my stress levels. The platform itself is user-friendly and efficient, making each step of compliance feel more manageable. Moreover, the combination of Scytale’s capabilities with Robyn’s proactive support makes for an exceptional experience, as she is always ready to assist with any questions or needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Scytale that could be improved is the organization of tasks; having all tasks centralized in one location would enhance usability. Additionally, the current method of aggregating multiple tasks under a single title can sometimes lead to confusion and decrease clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale simplifies SOC2 compliance by streamlining tasks and documentation, reducing my workload and stress, and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
I defiantly see the value of Scytale on our SOC2 certification process

I think some software improvements on Scytale sysem should be done, but I am in contact regarding this with relevant people at Scytale
