What do you like best about the product?
Knowledgable and experienced staff with an intuitive platform to match that allowed easy integration into our processes and tool sets. Oron and his team provide consistent guidance and ensure all miltestones are met time after time.

Timezone differences mean early meetings.

I recently had the opportunity to utilize Scytale for preparing an audit of our SOC2 emissions, and I am thoroughly impressed by not only the platform's capabilities but also its Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was our Compliance Success Manager, Ronan. Ronan's exceptional support throughout the process highlighted the outstanding Customer Support offered by Scytale. The dashboard provided by Scytale greatly facilitated our navigation through what would have otherwise been a daunting and complex process. It was not just the Ease of Use that impressed me, but also how the Ease of Integration into our existing systems was straightforward and hassle-free.
Ronan's proactive approach in keeping in touch with us on all points ensured that we were always on track, showcasing the Frequency of Use that the platform can handle without compromising on performance or user experience. What do you dislike about the product?
While Scytale has been instrumental in streamlining our audit process with its ease of use, customer support, and robust features, there's a minor point of contention to note. The system, albeit constantly improving, has its moments where navigation can feel slightly less intuitive than desired. This is more a reflection of the system's ongoing enhancements rather than a persistent flaw. In essence, as Scytale evolves, certain updates and changes, though beneficial in the long run, can momentarily disrupt the user's familiarity with the interface. However, it's important to underscore that these moments are fleeting and generally resolve as users acclimate to the updates. All in all, the drawbacks are minor and do not detract significantly from the overall utility and performance of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Scytale has been its ease of use! The number of features available and the ease of integration is well considered and makes the implementation process very easy to not only get started but also maintain. Our customer support team at Scytale has also been amazing in helping us through the processes as necessary. We use Scytale daily now and it's part of our compliance rhythm.

No real downsides, any hitch in the process has mainly been related to our configuration, but we have had great support.

The platform creates one centralized and contextual location where you can store, manage, and monitor your status and evidence. It allows you to monitor and manage your compliance throughout the year, reaching the audit with minimal action items

If you are used to having selective or partial audits, this is not for you, Scytale will show you the full picture and allow you to know at any given point in time where the gaps are
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance is typically an afterthought that is becoming a major issue when its time for the audit creating constant fire drills, inter-organizational friction, resource constraints and stress. Scytale solves for this by providing an executive with a full picture of their compliance status along with the ability to drill down and understand the gaps at any point in time. This ability significantly reduces all the above factors. Also - the Scytale team is extremely knowledgable and guides us through the process and questions.
