Smooth SOC2 process
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer success team did a great job helping us focus on the important stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboards are redundant and not really usable. But their CSM team helped beidge this gap.

They helped organize all the different task we need to accomplish to be SOC2 compliant

What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered a few issues with the Scytale platform that I believe could be improved.
Firstly, there seems to be a disconnect between some tasks on different screens, particularly in the audit section.
This can make navigation and tracking progress less seamless.
Another point is the absence of an export feature for CSV or Excel files, which could be useful for data management.
Lastly, I'd suggest considering a Jira board integration with the Scytale platform to enhance project management capabilities.
Addressing these concerns could make the platform more user-friendly and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The amazing people at Scytale really worked with us closely and were incredibly helpful in both answering our many questions and in finding ways to make the process as smooth and quick as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoyed working with them. Which is a lot to say on sucha tidiouse process.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is really simple and useful, it simplifies the interactions and the complexity of the process.
The daily work with Oron Nachmany, the Customer Success manager assigned to us is a real benefit.

Great provider to help do SOC2, GDPR, and otehrs
What do you like best about the product?
Super responsive and helps out a ton. This team knows what they are doing and made compliance a breeze. From having great templates , to helping us fulfill all the requirements and even taking care ouf the Audit for us was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform works great, but could improve on usability and overall functionality to make it more usable past the upload feature.

Scytale assigned a Senior Compliace Success Manager to us, which allowed the entire process to be performed as fast as possible.
His past experience with SOC2 audits was very valuable.
He recommended which cateogires and which SOC2 type we should pursue first.
He then went over all relevant audit monitoring and evidence, removed anything that was not required to reduce un-needed work.
And helped a lot for the process of evidence gathering and internal evidence approval.
The system allows for integration with most SaaS tools high-tech companies use, to automatically pull evidence and flag problematic findings.
We also used the platform Security Awareness Traning module, which got good feedback from the users.
The system allows to add people to the system, and assign tasks / monitoring responsibilities, due dates and priorities.
We plan to continue working with the platform and the Compliance Success Manager, in order to extended the SOC2 scope and maybe add ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR & HIPAA so everything will be managed from the same place.
When we evaluated other solutions, they were the only company that had all of these: ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, CSA STAR Level 1.

1.1. An Admin cannot change a user's Job Title.
1.2. The Training Module:
1.2.1. Doesn't have a passing score.
1.2.2. Doesn’t allow forcing re-taking the training when not getting the passing score.
1.2.3. Doesn’t verify the email entered is part of the employee list.
1.3. Cannot preview .eml files.
1.4. Unable to review the correlation between different compliances / standards.
For example, ISO 27001 and SOC2, to assess needed work to pursue an additional certificate / compliance / standard.
1.5. The system doesn’t have built-in ISO 27001 extensions (e.g. 27017, 27018, 27701, 27799) which need to be added manually.
1.6. Cannot delete tasks, only mark as Done and put in the Archive.
1.7. There are some integrations which are not currently available (e.g. Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Elastic, Jfrog, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, Panorays, Snowflake, Terraform, SAP).
