What do you like best about the product?
The friendly platform and the dedicated personnel that will guide you through this strenuous challenge of SOC 2.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some new change the platform - i personally didnt like it. i was happy to the option to stick with the current status. keeping it simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me build better security in the company

Nothing. Scyale's platform is getting mature, sometimes it's a bit slow.

What do you like best about the product?
Before Scytale we were running around like headless chickens trying to gather long-gone evidence. Our evidence was all over the place, and we often had to dig deep into unreadable archives to find what we needed.
Once we had Scytale integrations up and running, most critical evidence auto-collected itself, and the evidence that couldn't, we were reminded of.
Becoming proactive in our SOC2 journey has been a game-changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've not yet found anything I disliked about it. I'd love to see more integrations, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering evidence, especially backward-dating evidence, is a huge pain. Not all systems provide you with such capability and without Scytale you must try to organize all evidence so it's easy to browse (near impossible!)

Scytale utilizes a decentralized compliance approach, resulting in the dispersion of the entire process among multiple asset owners. This can be quite overwhelming for a small startup like ours, where we currently lack a designated individual to coordinate these efforts.
Fortunately, we have implemented automation to streamline numerous compliance tasks, thereby minimizing the need for manual intervention. Our focus on automation has significantly reduced the amount of manual work required, with manual efforts now primarily dedicated to tasks where automation does not provide substantial value.

Scytale is a great partner in achieving compliance certifications such as SOC-2.
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale is very easy to use and the staff is very insightful and helpful when it comes to dealing with the controls needed for the certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations need expertise on the app but Scytale managed to explain it in detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to get SOC-2 compliance which most of our users need us to be certified. Scytale made it easy for us to comply with the controls and policies needed.

The integrations to other systems, the "big picture" view and above all - the close work with Scytale team who are available for any question and help

It would be beneficial for the Scytale system to integrate with Slack for internal communication and alerts. This integration could allow users to tag people in the Scytale system, which would then trigger an alert in Slack.
Additionally, I've noticed that certain alerts are recurring even after they've been removed, which can be frustrating. It would be great if this issue could be addressed to avoid unnecessary distractions.

Getting SOC2 certificate requires a lot of work in different fields, and Scytale makes it much easier and accesible.

Scytale has been irreplaceable and an integral part of our compliance effort. For the past two years we have been working with them both for SOC 2 renewals and ISO27001.
Their expertise & guidance were impressive as well as their responsiveness & collaborative approach.

Actually its very intuitive,so nothing to dislike.
