What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with email, CRM and slack to start with got me amused with gong, the go live and implementation was easy.
After every meeting I'm a part of irrespective of who drives it, I ensure to go back to gong and review notes and highlights to double check and do my post call communication effectively.
I love how I can use gong on my phone and listen to calls on the go while in transit and keep myself updated with what's happening.
The search engine is decent to look up key words and instances.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI bugs, the search engine isnt very accurate and takes time to show up keywords, at times the key words arent captured properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Make note of missed engagement information
- During change of hands of accounts, review the past engagement with the client.
- Identify stakeholders to make note of who might've been engaged before.
