What do you like best about the product?
Been using Gong daily for 6 months now and its capabilities to summarise and search transcripts, accounts and call participants are just unmatched. Extremely helpful as I was ramping up, as it meant I could easily "shadow" calls and also have my teammates offer feedback on my calls. It's easy to use, integrates seamlessly with our CRM and the absolute winning feature is the very effective summary of call highlights and next actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the speech to text transcript isn't accurate but it's probably on average 80% there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer success, internal visibility and knowledge sharing
