Observe.ai experience
What do you like best about the product?
Observe.ai is very helpful when it comes to evaluating calls especially it has a transcriptions and it is a user friendly, easy to access compared to other tool we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes observe.ai is not accurate in terms of timestamp and the captcha is difficult to answer, it always says error even you selected the correct one, and when it comes to transcription of numbers, for me it is better if its a digit not in words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to trancriptions, it is really a big help to us especially if the calls are too long to listen. When there is a transcription we can search it so that it will not consume time. Though some words are not accurate to what the agent says, still it's a big help to us as an auditor.

Observe.ai is useful especially evaluating calls.
Observe. AI is such friendly user to everyone. With less hassle and easy access.
What do you like best about the product?
Observe. AI is very helpful during calls in a way that every conversation or interaction between the customer and the agent is arrange accordingly. The upside of AI is that you can search keywords to find what you arte looking for which is very advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oberve. AI sometimes do not provide exact minutes of the call which is sometimes frustating. However if I look back the goodness that Observe.IA helped to me during work time is just very minimal the disliked and it is very manageable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obcerve.AI helps us in solving problems when Assurance canot provide transcript and Observe.AI helps us big time in providing calls that is well organized and understandable for the user just like me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believed providing the exact minutes of the calls is your missing although this issue is very minimal and very manageable

What I like the best in observe ai is that the it is easy to use especially on seing the scorecard, it is easy to determine the flow of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike in observe ai is you can't skip on a specific flow of the that you want to visit with and I don't like on the speed it was quit slow and not suitable for the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have the AI in which they have the auto QA in which it can serve as a guide for us and it is quit helpful for us evaluators to determine on the common errors of every agent that we evaluate

My advice in using this tool is that to explore more in possible adjustments of the tool.

Using observe.AI on my evaluations make the workload easy and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
Observe.AI is helpful in some ways as an evaluator. Thankful for the scorecards section that the app have cause I was able to track down which part I am listening to and will be listening. My markdowns become easy peasy because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked about it was the transcripts itself. Sometimes, it is inaccurate. Nonetheless, it makes my evaluations fast, easy & accurate & would like to see improvements on their transcripts. Hoping that it will be more accurate next time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe.AI is helping me through my evaluations as an assistant quality auditor of our account. It helps me work faster and accurate even with the time pressure. I am hoping that they will still continue to develop and revise some changes of the Observe.AI.

I can advice that in using Observe.AI, you should listen to the call while scanning the transcripts so that you can produce an effective and quality evalutions.

What I like about Observe.Ai is this tool is getting better than other tool .It's improving and getting my job gets easier. I like the fact that all information are in there already.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription sometimes its not accurate but overall its improving and the most important steps has its recommendation sometimes its not accurate too but improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is helping me spot the opportunities of an agent like S-01 to S-03 and S-09 has great help me as a reviewer to make my job easy and effecient and accurate.

My advice is the tool is actually nice. It's like al in one package where you can find calls, analyze data and review the work you have submitted.

What do you like best about the product?
Accesibility. Observe.ai offers a wide variety of search engines for you to find exactly what you're looking for using the information that you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the innacuracy of the transcript at time. Although, it is a long way from when it started, I think there are still a few fixes that can be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an intern supervisor and with our previous tool, we had trouble tracking our agents' evaluations. Now, with observe.ai, we can access all we need in one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Observe.AI is indeed helpful because it covers more important details in one tool. It basically help reviewers utilize the tool. And I like how they covers broad idea.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how some important details are not in the call. The most important thing in a call is a correct spectrum of detailed organized transcript of a recorded call. The more we venture into the usage of the tool, we encounter problems like some of the data are missing, the call content, and most especially some other needed details to help reviewers like us. The tool needs some adjustment for beautification in order to really make the best outcome in reviewing a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we incounter is not that highly of a big, but the only problem is that some data in the observe.AI is not in the tool. And to what I have observe in my previous call is that the said problem is no longer visible.

My advice is to really explore the tool in order for you to gain lots of new knowlegde.
Very helpful in our area of expertise which is evaluating calls to aim quality.

The transcript which helps us understand the conversation between the shopper and the agent. It is a very good feature of the app for it has helped us locate some important details of a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app gives inaccurate translation of words from the conversation we are evaluating, sometimes some words are not precise which makes it difficult to acquire our task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boundaries between the communicators, as Quality Auditors we are able to identify which words comes from who with the use of Observe AI. For it is highly stated in the system of the app.

At first Observe.AI is a bit confusing to use but as soon as you have mastered all the parts and tools of the app, everything is at ease because of this app especially for us Quality Auditors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provided transcriptions of the conversation between the agent and the shopper. You can also listen to certain section of the call with ease. I am very satisfied of the tool. I will sure recommend it to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the downside of Observe. AI is that you cannot search for certain keywords of the transcription. Also, there are certain sections of the formstack that must be selected as N/A but without that option.

It helps us evaluate the calls of our agents faster. It helps me manage my time effectively as it is very easy to use. It has transcription which can make our lives easier.
