What do you like best about the product?
observe.ai is helpful when ti comes to evaluating calls if assurance is not available and also most of the calls are evaluated in observe.ai We help Contact Centres optimize customer, agent and user experience to ultimately thrive. The all-in-one quality assurance and improvement platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
dislike about observer.ai is sometimes the evaluated time is not complete. aims to address this challenge by enabling customer-facing teams to gather more complete data into customer needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all my contact id's that dont have transcript i can evaluate it on observe.ai. Learn how enterprises have enhanced agent performance and improved customer experience with Observe.AI.

easy to use and accomodating also.
The tool Observe.Ai is very convenient to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Eventhough this tool has not yet become our primary tool but I already can foresee that it will make our work easier since two of our tools are combined in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't see anything unlikely about the tool infact I can't wait already for this tool to become our primary tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our job is evaluating calls it is much convenient for us if the calls that we evaluate have transcriptions and this tool is catering that feature which makes it nice to use.

Don't hesitate to use the tool, it's easy to use.
Observe ai is a great tool for us to be more skillful and enhance our abilities in auditing.

It has an accurate transcript and has a good audio quality.

Nothing in observe ai which I dislike because everything is perfect and precise.

My advice for people who wants to use observe .ai is to read the terms and policies patiently and follow them in order to have a smooth transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about observe.ai is that it provides great assistance in guiding us with our call evaluations, it has features like transcriptions, and user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about observe.ai is that it has no transcript search feature, and also the speed has its limit of 2x only, I suggest adding search feature for transcriptions and adding more available fast forward speed. Also other call id can't be found, please fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I'm solving with observe.ai are problems relating to call id's? I realized the benefits of it, in which evaluating calls are made much more easier.

I advice everyone to use observe.ai not just for easy evaluations but also for more special features that we can use that further helps a certain task more effectively with ease and convenience.
Most of the transcriptions are inaccurate.

Observe.AI is like an all in one interface since this already has the recording and evaluation form in one interface.

The transcriptions in Observe.AI are inaccurate.

It has solved the problem with opening multiple screens. Thus, work can be efficient with Observe.AI.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE OBSERVE AI TOOL IS THAT IT CAN HELP YOU DETERMINE HOW TO RATE THE AGENTS IF THEY WERE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AND PROPER FORMAT IN DEALING WITH BENEFICIARIES.
What do you dislike about the product?
WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THE OBSERVE AI IS THAT IT SOMETIME CAN TAKE ALOT OF YOUR TIME IN DETERMINING THE MISTAKES OF AGENTS IN DOING THEIR EVALUATIONS WELL. BUT IT IS ALSO HELPFUL AT THE SAMETIME.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THE PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTERED WITH THE OBSERVE AI TOOL IS THAT THERE ARE CALLS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE AND ITS SO HARD BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN DETERMINE THE CONTINATION OF THAT SAID CALL.

WHAT ADVICE I CAN GIVE TO THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR OBSERVE AI IS THAT, THEY SHOULD BE DILIGENT IN EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO ESPECIALLY IN EVALUATING CALLS SO THAT THEY CAN GRADE THE AGENTS WELL.

What do you like best about the product?
The trascription and the audio that it provide when we evaluate the calls of our agents helps us accurately and efficently identify the errors and the points we give to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio and the trascription are not matched however it cannot suffice the help it gives to us QA when we evaluate our calls. The number also must be improve not make it as word for word but let be just the number itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy and effeciency are the most benefit that Oseve. AI provdie to us. This will help us provide the right points to our agents at the same time following the standards we are meeting not just an agent but also as QA's.

Perhaps the thing that I dislike about Observe.AI is the way there are calls/leads with missing information. Based on experience, some calls have no transcription or have recordings that are disrupted.

Observe.AI helps me with my evaluations. Being a Quality Analyst, it is crucial for us to be able to evaluate our calls accurately, with Observe.AI, I am able to be more productive and have more accurate evaluations.
