My experience in Observe.AI
What do you like best about the product?
What do I like about the most in Obeserve.AI, for me Observe.AI helps me a lot when in comes to evaluating beacuse it is more easier and it has a lot of tools we can use. For example is that we can track our works or evaluations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike about Observe.AI for me non beacause Observe.AI helps me more and my job would be easy with Observe.AI so for me I don't have any dislike about Obeserve.AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well for me, when it comes to using Observe.AI I can easily track my evaluations and I can easily change or edit it if h ave mistakes in my own evaluations and it benefits me a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it corectly.
Very useful and it gets your work easier.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the important thing with observe.ai is that it comes with transcriptions that helps your work easier in terms of locating the important discussions of the plan the agent is offering to the beneficiary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful with observe.ai is that some of the transcripts are not accurate and some of the lines of the agent are missing. Also other contacts IDs that must be audited are not yet uploaded but other than that, it really helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe.ai helps me with locating the important discussions of the plan the agent is offering to the benefiary. It also helps me with assessing my audits and locating timestamps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advise to others in considering Observe.ai is make sure to explore Observe.ai's program because it makes your work easy and convenient. It is very helpful in finishing your evaluations and audits. Transcriptions are already given and you can easily locate timestamps.

The most helpful is I can easily edit if I mistakenly submitted the evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes using the Observe.AI, everything works properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont have any problems in solving Observe. AI, the benefits that I experience while using the Observe.AI is very efficient and my business performance increase

I recommend using Observe.Ai because it is very efficient to use and very accurate.

What i like best about this tool is the accuracy and though some informations are lacking it is still a very nice and great tool to be used by agents in evaluating.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do not like about this tool is that some of the informations that is in our formstack cannot be found here like there is some questions thats to be answered by N/A but N/A is found in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in so many ways like I can assure if my evalautions are accurantly done and the scoring and viewing of the evalutions are there also I can edit thing that I've evaluated incorrectly.

I highly recommend observe.ai to everyone because it's very organize and easy to use.

The most helpful about observe.ai is that helps businesses boost agents performance by checking their work and giving feedback that leads to a better customner service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about observe.ai is that it lacks a little bit of options like putting N/A instead of the real reason of the mark down. Also, sometimes the transcrip of the call is cut.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually the business problem that we are solving is about medicare advantage for senior citizen. We help businesses check if their agents are following the guidelines they give.

My advice to everyone who is using observe.ai is that we need to still explore every part of it.We still need to follow the proper way or guidelines that our or organization is giving. We need to properly check every calls and give the approriate score and reasons.

The AI looks for certain phrases and can sense tone of voice

the AI can mis hear certain words or with some people's accents

What do you like best about the product?
Observe ai was really helpful and convenient to use. It helps me to find out what are the things need to focus more. I was so grateful that i was able to use the observe ai.

There are times that the transcript of the observe ai doesnt match with the actual conversation of the agent and beneficiary. There are also times that calls are incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are times that transcript doesnt match with the actual conversation that is why you must really have to be keen and focus more on your evaluation and be active in listening.

Observe ai is really easy and convenient to use.
Observe.ai is user-friendly and makes your task easy while you're being productive.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy navigation and the convenience. I've been using different platforms throughout the years but Observe.ai for me is the best. It helps us users do our job efficiently. Easy logging in is also one of the best parts for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost all the suggested answers were wrong. Our task is to evaluate calls from our agent and some of the suggested evaluations from Observe.ai were incorrect so we must put some notes on why we choose otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evaluating long calls from our agent and made realized Oberserve.ai makes our evaluation or work more efficient. I realized that we should not stress ourselves listening to long calls since Observe.ai will help us with the help of the transcriptions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just enjoy the app. App itself is perfect for work. Observe.ai makes your job a lot easier. App itself is hassle-free and you can log in easily since it is a user-friendly app. However, avoid following some suggested evaluations since some of them are incorrect.

OAI Is very user friendly and has multiple ways of looking at data
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that it is OAI, but sometimes the recording is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using OAI to listen and audit insurance brokers adherence to quality as defined by their organization

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for negative sentiments and create moments I appreciated. Locating Interactions and the customer satisfaction moments are great. This toll, Observe AI is far better than any other tool I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough time for me to spend self-training. But the program itself is very nice. Improvements on Built-in videos for self-paced training would be nice. I have yet to encounter any videos within the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can view the negative sentiments and understand the agent's discrepancies through the text dialogue, super helpful when we can locate the culprit swiftly. Yes, business performance has increased.

The program is awesome, it allows for swift searches and customized searches to locate troubled situations/moments for your CS agents.
