Outstanding tool, Observe.ai has made my work a lot more easier

What do you like best about the product?
Can quickly spot keywords for a specific disclosure. I would love to recommend it in every company that needs artificial intelligence . Great innovation in the field of tech.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes fails to record disclosure statements that was mentioned in the call. When calls are long , observe. ai cuts it down into smaller scale that can cause confusion among us .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It spots clues on a specific statement disclosure faster than i would notice. Create recommendations on the options based on real script of the agent. I would love to evaluate call with the help of this amazing tech. In some occasions , it does not record and transcribe a whole call and sometimes missed conversations

Observe.Ai a very reliable flatform

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Observe.AI because it is very helpful to my daily work and it conserves my time to finish my task. It can also be a reliable source of data that inlines to my work nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since using Observe.Ai in this new updated version I think there is no dislikes for me to share. Last time I'd raise a suggestion about their security method and after the suggestion they fixed it as soon as possible and now I really have no issues encountered using this very good flatform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Observe.AI solving is that it maximizes the time in doing my work. I can finish the job with no hassle and complication. Comparing with the flatform that we are using in doing our job I can really recommend Observe.AI for it is so very easy to use and much more reliable in finding the data that we need in our work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I've like in using Observe.AI tool is very easy to use, all the stuff is there and I am not hesitate or bothering to use this one, Highly recommended for other agents which is allow or have access in this tool, and also what I've like in this tool is very usefull, it is easy to access once we reach the portal and also the one that we use is evaluating the agents, and very easy to evaluate them because there is a recommend something in the left side and we can add in the comment section which is the choices that are failed to the agent, and we can easily track the conversation between the agent and the costumer so while listening to the call we can read also the script provided with the Observe.Ai, and also what I like in this tool that we can changed the work that is submmited already, when we have something to edit we can edit it without something to bother anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I have dislike in this tool is that the transcript is not accurate in the call that I've listen, the other calls or contact id is not also there like the whole call is not available in Observe.Ai , there are also contact id is half like the other call is in the other tool that we use and the half call is in the Observe.AI tool so what I did is I need to use another tool to find the other calls which is I can find it in the Observe.Ai, and also I can recommendto the app developer that hoping you can fix that one, you can add also the contact id that have call backs, and also you can add the contact id fast like the call is last week and they assign to us this week and all of that contact id's given to us or assigned is all there in Obeserved.AI so that we will not wait or review again our work and we can move in to other calls that is assign to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Observed.Ai is that we can easily evaluating the calls which is assign to us and easy to use, add some comment in the comment section provided with Obeserved.AI, easy to track the conversation of the agent between the costumer and if the the work or the tool we use is not good we can edit them or disregard it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advice them to use this tool like us we use this for evaluating agents and it is very easy to use and all the stuffs that you are looking is here.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how helpful this tool is, how efficient it is and how convenient it is for us to spot an error caused by an agent. It is also helpful in a way that it makes our job quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the fact that some recommended answers isn't accurate. It is kind of a hassle because we are having a hard time to spot the error. The numbers as well, it should be written in Roman Numerals instead of word form to spot it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe.Ai is solving the agents problems in relaying a quality call. It is benefiting me in a way wherein I can spot an error made by an agent in the most efficient and quickest way.

What do you like best about the product?
What I’m amazed about this tool and makes it beneficial because it’s a one in all tool. From the recorded call down to the transcription to the evaluation form all in one and you could multi task it even not using other window. All in one screen and your work is done flawlessly. It really helps me to evaluate the calls more accurately and more define. The words that we are confused on the calls are transcribe which help us to see and evaluate accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can say that I dislike about the tool are the late data’s and unfished complete call flow (not including callback). This somehow delays our OAI uploads and sometimes weeks it takes for the data to be upload. But this happens often so considerable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem that I’ve been experiencing with the tool is the data and somehow the complete flow of the call. Some data cannot be seen on the week that we need to evaluate it and are uploaded week after and longer may take weeks. The data that should be inputted the day may be done on the next succeeding days. With regards to the call, some doesn’t have the complete call flow which some hour calls only the 40 minutes recorded call are present on the OAI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Basing on what I’ve seen and first hand experienced, Observe.OAI is a go to tool for everyone. I high recommend this to other companies and folks to open and make use of this multi-tasking tool which gives more easier way to complete task with accuracy and quality. Make use and explore of every aspect that the tool can offer. It really changed the game.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the Observe.ai is really useful, especially when it comes to evaluating the calls. I can evaluate the calls fast and I really like how amenable it is. As an analyst it is way more better to evaluate the calls while using the Observe.ai.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Observe.ai is I can't search for the call backs, which I am still gonna use the assurance for me to see the call backs. I also dislike the captcha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Observe.ai helped me solve is that it has transription to show and it was easy to search the things that you were looking for. Also you can edit the finished works, which is really a useful thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to all those who are looking for the Observe.ai is that my experience in using he Observe.ai is very good, I can really say that it is recommendable to all users out their. It helps us evaluate easier and faster.
