What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet keeps me organized and efficient in my work as a Supervisor managing financial data. It allows search options and automation that I never experienced before. Automation is the upside for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financial data tends to add up in the tens of thousands pretty quickly, smartsheet only allows up to 20,000 rows on one sheet. After it reaches this limit, additional data is forbidden and also any automation stops working. It's a pain to have to move data or create new sheets for the same thing. One sheet would last us no longer than 3 months.
