What do you like best about the product?

Smartsheet has been an invaluable tool for our company. It provides quick access to all the information we need, bringing a new level of organization and efficiency to our operations. Once you get the hang of using Smartsheet, the improvement in communication across teams becomes immediately clear. It's something we rely on every day. Over the past five years, we've continuously fine-tuned our reports and sheets, and Smartsheet has now become fully integrated into all aspects of our business. Whenever I have questions, their tech and customer support teams have been extremely helpful. Overall, it's been a fantastic addition to our company.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's not a lot that we dislike but some of the design changes can be a bit annoying. We do not like that the search bar has changed, it used to be in the upper right of the screen and it would clear itself. We also don't like that when you go to change your font size the "font size" text box hovers over the 8 and you can't pick it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

before smartsheet communication was more difficult. Now anyone can update and we all know what stage a job is at.
