What do you like best about the product?

Smartsheet has thought of various ways to use existing data and features without having to manually transpose or rework your problems into Smartsheet solutions. I can take any project or opportunity and leverage Smartsheet in various ways depending on my needs. The organization the application allows is hard to beat with any other application. My most favorite part is the "set it and forget it" automation features where you can do just about anything that formulas cannot.

What do you dislike about the product?

Smartsheet has a cost and because of that, not all users may have the access we with they did. I dont particularly like the recent changes to licensing where now users are unable to edit a singular cell within the sheet. I am hoping that with this change that means that our company will be forced to reduce our usage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows users to create systems without needing to know how to write script. Easily creates dashboards and reports using the raw data in the sheets.
