What do you like best about the product?

I have used several project management software for decades, but last year a client’s CTO introduced me to Smartsheet. It was intuitive, easy to use, and quickly became my go-to for daily project work. I now use it across multiple clients, each with their own account, and have even recommended it to others. Its customer support is excellent, with real people available on short notice. Overall, it has been seamless to integrate for project management, task tracking, meeting minutes, and action items.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have multiple accounts for different clients, under my name, at times, i Have difficulty with logging in and always use a code rather than password, otherwise, somehow accounts get mixed up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of timelines and tasks. Ensuing critical path is identified, and all activities are completed on time on budget.
