A flexible and powerful tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is mostly like excel but has more features like collaboration. I love how customizable it is - you can build everything from a basic task tracker to a complex project portfolio dashboard. You can automate workflows, adn this saves you the hassle of manual followups. it can also inegrate with MS teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve involved, for people who are not tech savy can feel it is a bit complex to use this software. Pricing is an issue too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use smartsheet for managing project timelines, tracking resource allocation, and keeping stakeholders updated through dashboards. It helps us cut down on missed deadlines and improves transparency.
