What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Smartsheet is that working is now more organized and easy to understand. it has more features than a normal spreadsheet, like adding tasks, task assignment between team members, setting deadlines, etc. It helps in giving a clear view of the progress made in the project. Also, features like writing comments and making updates directly to the sheet make working more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great tool, there is not much I dislike about the working. Although it sometimes slows down when opening the large sheet. It also takes some time to learn to use it for new team members. The mobile app is good but not as easy to use as the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us manage problems like establishing communication between team members and setting and meeting the deadlines. It helps us manage all projects in one place, saving time and resources. It has reduced the need for long meetings and endless email chains. We also use it for planning events, resource management, etc.
