What do you like best about the product?

How it is convenient to have all your voluminous data in one sheet without having to transfer to other sheets. It is easy to have your forms be in data format once they have been submitted by the users. The day-to-day use of smartsheet has made handling of data very easy to understand. For organizations integrating with external systems or using complex automation, some initial configuration effort is required but manageable with technical support.

Nothing, I find all the features of smartsheet very helpful in day-to-day operations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet enables real-time collaboration through shared sheets, allowing teams to comment, upload documents, and assign tasks. This breaks down silos and streamlines communication. This minimizes the need for back and forth email communications which can sometimes be overlooked and forgotten. With Smartsheet, the data required is now in one centralized software.
