What do you like best about the product?
Metomic offers a wide range of popular SaaS tool integrations; the UI is excellent; the rule creation is intuitive and powerful, but the best thing is that they listen to customer feedback and answer any questions with detail and thought! Always had fantastic service from the Customer Success Manager from the very start!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I dislike, but they are working extremely hard to develop new and improve current integrations, and this takes time to complete.
Another improvement being worked on is supporting SAML SSO, which will be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scanning for sensitive data such as secrets and looking for data loss across our estate, the redactions it can make whilst alerting via Slack and email are really useful.
