Easy Setup for Integration and Alerting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of quickly creating some DLP rules and the automation options that come with the rules, such as alerting the end user and the security team. Alerting the end user is a great way for a business to educate on how to share data properly. Metomic is also much more flexible for creating DLP rules and alerting than most tools with their out-of-the-box features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the portal for reviewing alerts needs some work, but it is constantly being improved upon. I'm glad that Metomic is always accepting customer feedback. I think consolidating menu options and screens would be helpful, but I'm confident UX improvements will come with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metomic solves the problem of having high-confidence DLP alerts. Our company tried using Google's OOB alerting, and we were overwhelmed with false positives. Metomic is very low-noise.
