The speed and versatility of the platform. The different ways to focus on the journeys and user experience of elements of your website.

I wish I can select alternative DataViz sometimes when the sunburst graphic is not clear enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS is very useful to Highlight elements that need attention, to solve user issues, conversion issues. Lots of benefits for the product and design team, including saving time to see clearly the issues and tackle them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a User Researcher, I see it as an extremely useful tool to access data easily and fast, and help to deliver early and often to your stakeholders.

I would appreciate if the features can be more optmized and updated as per the needs of bussiness at a faster pace and for speedy customer support is needed.

With Contentsquare, Creating workspaces or dashboards is so easy, fast and straightforward, which is one of the significant benefits of this product/company.

Customer feedback sessions can be increased and a faster implementation done by the product development team would be very much appreciated!

Relying on the data collected by Contentsquare is a great added value. The tool makes it possible to put any intuition in perspective, gain neutrality and understand through data the user experience of our site visitors.

Getting started with the platform can seem complex if the user does not devote sufficient time to it, regularly. However the support team is reactive in the accompaniment and helps clients grow their skills

Contentsquare allows us to act at different levels of our e-merchant business: activity management, alerting, user behavior analysis, monitoring of UX optimizations...
Thanks to the complementarity of the modules, the platform offers the possibility of conducting daily analyses and continuous optimizations but also targeted projects (redesigns for example).
By using this data, we improve our customers' experience on the site and, therefore, our results.

The ability to perform Experiential analysis comprehensively and based on a combination of "gut" (heatmaps videos) and data elements

Sometimes some of the elements do not look right since the first time and we need to connect with Contentsquare to fix them.

Incredibly insightful and easy to use tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare really allows you to delve into the "why" of customer behaviour, and creating segments through zonings really enables you to investigate and understand virtually any type of behaviour or customer. On top of this, it is then easy to quantify the impact of different behaviours/populations, which is great way to solidfy the analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to view Journey Analyses side-by-side without just opening two different tabs. Also would like to be able to view more metrics/segments using sequential logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare has been extremely helpful in quantifying some previously known errors that we couldn't put a monetary value to with our existing tools. Also really helped in delving into analysis to change some redesigns, and turning this analysis around quickly.

We use it to identify potential problems coming from our page templates and we managed to improve the overall website navigation and increase the number of leads received

Very useful platform that assists with the data by exposing the user’s behaviors on our site during their journeys. Zoning analysis is a 5-star and very valuable tool! It takes analytics to another level.
