Powerful tool with responsive support.
What do you like best about the product?
Speaking of CloudBees, they support the team of mine and I am impressed with the quick response of theirs and escalation to the proper department. When you wait one day or perhaps 2 to hear from most companies, you are able to fix the problem and be productive during the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only cases which haven't yet been solved are actually those that are actually a result of errors in third party plug ins, so I do not reckon there is anything unpleasant about supporting CloudBees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with CloudBees assistance to get outdated freestyle activities and support some bugs we find. We are able to deliver quickly without keeping our developers waiting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They're invaluable in training new workers since they react quickly and provide training.
Cloudbees Core - core feature for your business.
What do you like best about the product?
The company Cloudbees is very involved in our positive adoption of their goods. We have had tremendous help from them from the excellent client experience management and their technical resources, while we carry out Cloudbees Core and our organisation. Cloudbees Core itself provides some excellent upgrades to my team as we handle jenkins resources through various departments, some internally and others externally. Role-based entry controls, mutual personnel, and dual-master musicality support our corporate requirements with an outstanding combination between resource sharing and independence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not appreciate its pipeline syntax ,though I can see beyond that as it's a huge change in the old ui-based method of setting up work. I'm still not a fan of the omnipresent usage of plugins even within our group but I will prevent that within my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security contractor direct access control vs the internal customers, mutual awareness of best practices through mutual libraries. We are still collaborating with their center to boost project control which will support my project and others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use ClousBees Core if you need a business standard. Use Core if you need assistance integrating it through a broad enterprise, and using qualified cloudbees providers. They're not going to miss it.
It helps us schedule our releases
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create extra variants from the dashboard rather from code. this helps us create beta channels for our releases which is great. I enjoy the fact that flags are resolved when encountered and that if the experiment requires some sort of data the resolver function will fire and fetch that information. Not having to set a static object is great.
I also enjoy the instant killswitch. It was required when we were working on an experimental feature that went wrong. It helped us recover from it instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard lacks some sort of sorting for me. I wish I could sort my flags better. The flags itself are great and easy to use in the code.
One gripe I have is with the setup via github. The staging and development branch names can't be changed and are capitalized which has caused some frustration. It's also unclear to me how we can set up the global targetgroup. When doing PR's into any of our branches we get multiple targetgroups for each environment. Sometimes we would like to keep the targetgroup global but we've not found a way to keep it global across the board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major thing we are solving is releasing. We get code out often and we want to be able to assign people to beta tests of certain features. We also want the confidence that we release code that won't break our application. With feature flags we can switch off breaking features that might cause our entire application to break.
We can also target our apps experience based on the customer's needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've used rollout as a means to get confident with releases. It helps us make our releases stronger and helps us target the right group of people for certain features and experiences.
Without Cloudbees Rollout's Kill-switch you're playing Russian Roulette with a Glock
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to immediately un-break our CI/CD deployment pipeline with Cloudbee's kill-switch feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole CI/CD concept was initially hard for our team to learn and understand what it was that we were actually doing and who we were doing it to. We come from the traditional "deadline push" made of 5am Redbull runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the inevitable mistakes that get missed even though they've made it through code review, canary clients, every unit test we can think to throw at them and into the production environment. Roll backs without suicide
Quick and easy to configure. Takes away the headache.
What do you like best about the product?
Configurations aren't overwhelming. Which means you don't dread having to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upside is also the downside. Teams with more complicated requirements may not have the confugurability they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us implement a rollout strategy that doesn't have human errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small with an implementation of a side project.

What do you like best about the product?
Compare to Jenkins it is more manageable and works better for the large scale operations teams. It has more security features and better flexibility. Also, it offers a better pricing model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less variety of plugins especially when you need to deal with the enterprise systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be a great option if you need to resolve elasticity and escaling issues while contributing to application orchestrations. Well integrated and manageable with Kubernetes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For enterprise-scale working with professional services at least in infrastructure, setup will help to avoid issues later on and works perfectly if you have everything influx.
Adequate build system, a bit hard to maintain and provision.
What do you like best about the product?
Custom CloudBees plugin like HA mode and secrets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and administration is complicated 18 years old legacy code is still there, k8s integration is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CI\CD with a transition to k8s managed services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep the good work.
