What do you like best about the product?
Central management, build pool and job analytics, CAP and Support

Still need to do some handy work for legacy migration to a new pipeline feature.

Monitoring (i.e. devoptics), support, easy to upgrade.

Can't update without downtime. Would be cool if there was a rolling update feature for updating masters.

Scalable Jenkins and quicker deployments to prod.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add existing Jenkins as a Client Master to get some of the enterprise features without fully switching over.
Creates a forum of CI to all the applications of an organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to host a wide network of applications inhouse and in one console irrespective of the platforms or servers which is a good thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much of information, can try to modularize on the basis of platforms or types of App

It has saved time in getting rid of manual process for build and deployment as separate steps.

so far all is good but there is always room to improve

we had an issue with AD Setup and they are investigating what the cause is also temp got us up and running while they test

Automation strategies. Jenkins X avoids installation, configuration and maintanence of CI tools

Nothing. I liked the product and its advanced features

We are using Cloudbees product but not Cloudbees Core product

What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic nature provided by the Docker based build agent architecture. I've been able to in many cases, use it to migrate away from Ansible Tower for many jobs that utilize Ansible.

The Jenkins pipeline syntax is often confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building Blue/Green K8S deployment models. Building proper CI/CD pipelines as models for 'what good looks like.'

CloudBees Jenkins Support team members are always quick to respond and they understand the issues really well and provide a solution as early as possible too. If anything unclear or need more information, they are very quick to open a call and provide the necessary support.

There has never been an incident when we were unhappy with the support provided

We are trying to streamline our CI practice and CJE Support team provides us with valuable guidance on how to achieve the results
