Excellent Control Over Complex Job Chains for Financial Closing Cycles

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most is the predictability it brings to recurring business cycles. Once workflows are stabilized, they behave consistently without surprises. Every step in the migration flow was clearly recorded, which helped us validate each phase without manual documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration phase can feel intense. There are many options, and without experience, it’s easy to overcomplicate workflow logic. It’s powerful, but understanding the hierarchy requires hands-on experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to face inconsistencies where reports pulled incomplete data due to timing gaps. With dependency-based execution, that issue has nearly disappeared. Now workflows are standardized and visible. It has improved audit confidence and reduced operational risk.

Intuitive Cloud-Native SAP Job Scheduling Visibility with Minimal Admin Overhead

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers critical visibility into SAP job scheduling through an intuitive interface. By clearly mapping job execution and interdependencies, it represents a significant leap forward from legacy schedulers. Additionally, as a cloud-native SaaS solution, it eliminates the burden of manual maintenance; automatic updates ensure peak reliability with virtually no administrative overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core functionality is strong, the custom reporting suite remains limited; creating high-level executive summaries often requires manual intervention or third-party tools. Furthermore, the licensing model—specifically regarding job counts—can be complex and may lead to higher-than-expected costs for certain organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By consolidating fragmented tools and manual scripts into a single, centralized platform, the solution eliminates scheduling gaps and significantly boosts system reliability. Real-time monitoring and proactive alerts ensure rapid error detection, reclaiming hours of operational overhead every week.

Flexible Scheduling with Robust Retries and Conditional Logic

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how it handles job sequencing without unexpected overlaps. In our older system, timing conflicts were common, especially during month-end processing. The monitoring dashboard is consistent. I don’t need to guess where to check when something fails. I like that job history is retained in a structured way, which helps when investigating patterns over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system assumes you already understand its logic. It’s not beginner-friendly. For someone new, the terminology and object structure can feel overwhelming.Advanced configurations require deep understanding of its internal architecture. It’s powerful, but sometimes I feel like I’m configuring the platform rather than just solving a business need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes manual release dependencies. Instead of sending emails asking teams to trigger jobs, workflows are predefined. This has shortened deployment windows and reduced coordination mistakes. It solves cross-system timing issues. Before RMJ, integrations depended on fixed time schedules, which caused failures if one system was delayed. Now triggers are event-driven, which has improved stability and reduced reprocessing efforts

Reliable and Easy-to-Manage Workload Automation

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The single feature of RunMyJobs that I appreciate the most is that it eases the process of scheduling and automating jobs. This tool helped me save the effort of putting in the work manually by automating it. Additionally, the tool provides a clear view of the process of the job.

Once the workflows have been set up, it works well and makes managing complex job schedules easy and less time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first part of the set up and configuring was time-consuming when using complex workflows. On the bright side, this could be a learning experience for first-time users if one wants to learn the other parts of the tool.

Some areas might be more intuitive to make it useful in terms of understanding it. The documentation was helpful, although there was a bit of a struggle to set up and configure certain advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem of managing the hobs of the different systems without manually handling the issues is solved with the help of RunmyJobs. The entire process of automation of the workflows is handled from a single platform. It reduces the operation risks big time. Overall, it is reliable for setting up the process.

RunMyJobs Makes Complex ETL/ELT Orchestration Easy with Visual Workflows

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a data engineer, I like that RunMyJobs lets me orchestrate complex ETL and ELT pipelines across databases, data lakes, and cloud services from a single platform. The visual workflows, rule‑based scheduling, and reusable job templates make it easy to standardize data pipelines and keep them reliable as they scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start building very large DAG‑style workflows, some configuration screens can feel crowded and it takes time to organize objects and naming conventions well. Advanced tuning of SLAs, calendars, and exception handling also requires a bit of experimentation before it fits each data pipeline perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RunMyJobs is helping us replace a mix of cron jobs and custom scripts with a governed orchestration layer for all ETL processes. This has reduced manual failures, made dependencies explicit, and given the team clear visibility into where each data load is in the pipeline.

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
RunMyJobs provides strong scheduling, automation, and monitoring features, making it easier to manage large volumes of jobs across multiple systems without friction. Its alerting and reporting capabilities also improve issue tracking and visibility, which helps keep business operations running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform requires some technical understanding to fully take advantage of all its features. The initial setup and customization can take some effort, especially at the beginning. It would be helpful to have more built-in templates and practical examples to guide the process. A few UI improvements could also make navigation clearer and easier overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates repetitive, time-consuming tasks, which helps cut down on manual errors and improves overall process consistency. It also ensures that critical jobs run smoothly without interruption. Ultimately, it boosts productivity and supports reliable day-to-day business operations.

Centralized Job Scheduling Made Simple with a Single Dashboard

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about RunMyJobs is how it centralizes all of our automated job scheduling in one place. Instead of logging into multiple systems or relying on manual scripts, I can view, run, and manage everything from a single dashboard. That makes it much easier to stay on top of our workflows and keep day-to-day scheduling organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I didn’t like as much was that the initial setup took quite a bit of time and required coordination across multiple teams. It’s not the kind of tool you can install and start using in just a few minutes; there’s definitely a learning curve, and getting everything aligned upfront can be a bit of a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RunMyJobs has helped solve the problem of jobs failing silently or being missed because they weren’t monitored closely enough. Now I receive alerts whenever a job fails, and the automation can retry common issues. This has significantly reduced the need for manual intervention and has cut down on late-night firefighting.

Rock-Solid Enterprise Job Scheduling with Excellent Calendar & Time-Zone Handling

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about RunMyJobs is how reliably it handles complex enterprise job chains. Once the workflows are set up properly, it can run for months without any manual intervention. That stability also makes changes safer and easier to audit. I also appreciate the calendar and time-zone handling, which works well for global applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a bit heavy when I need to make quick changes. Even simple updates can require navigating through multiple screens, which slows things down when I’m trying to apply an urgent fix. I also wish the console provided more detailed execution context by default, so I wouldn’t have to rely on extra configuration just to see what’s going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RunMyJobs solves the challenge of managing thousands of interdependent batch jobs across different systems. For me personally, it has reduced operational stress because schedules are predictable, consistent, and well controlled.

Rock-Solid Reliability with Time-Saving Monitoring and Alerts

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about RunMyJobs is its rock-solid reliability. Once I set up my jobs properly, they run like clockwork with no babysitting required. I don’t have to constantly check whether something failed or didn’t kick off as expected. On top of that, the monitoring and alerting capabilities save me a lot of time, especially when I’m juggling complex dependencies across different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the interface can be a bit overwhelming when you first dive in, since it’s packed with features that may catch new users off guard. There’s definitely a learning curve, particularly if you’re new to workload automation, and some configurations can take longer than you’d hope until you really get the hang of the platform. Once you’re familiar with it, though, it feels like a cakewalk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RunMyJobs helps wipe out the clunky, manual, disconnected processes that used to bog everyone down. By automating our critical workflows, we’ve improved consistency, cut down on delays, and made day-to-day operations feel far more predictable and efficient-like the whole team is finally rowing in sync.
