What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly, making both implementation and migration straightforward. It also simplifies the automation of various processes, whether they involve SAP, non-SAP batch jobs, or finance-related tasks. We offer 24/7 customer support, including a separate Technical Account Manager. We are currently using this product for SAP, Informatica, Informatica Cloud, PeopleSoft, Power BI, and Tableau; it has made our day-to-day operations very smooth and easy. We are using this like our everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI component is somewhat slower compared to other automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform truly simplifies complex IT management, making the entire process much less stressful. We developed it with a strong focus on user-friendliness, so both the initial setup and the transition are impressively quick. It empowers your team to automate a wide range of tasks, from SAP and Informatica to essential finance workflows. One of the key benefits is the peace of mind provided by our 24/7 dedicated support, which includes access to a Technical Account Manager. Teams managing intricate environments such as PeopleSoft and using reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau consistently report that this product has made their daily operations much smoother and more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use RunMyJobs as our primary job scheduling and automation tool, helping us efficiently manage and orchestrate a wide range of batch jobs. I love its end to end visibility and find it a user friendly tool, with a UI that's too good. I also enjoy the real-time alerts that keep me informed. The initial setup was smooth, and the integrations between systems are very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI performance during heavy load to be a bit slow and lagging, especially when navigating large job chains or viewing extensive logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RunMyJobs to efficiently manage and orchestrate batch jobs, reducing manual scheduling effort and job dependency complexity.

RMJ - The main dislikes are around cost, initial complexity, and dependence on SaaS uptime.

A more modified application with a lot of recent improvements around Batch Orchestration

The integration suite that is available with connectors that enables to connect and orchestrate jobs on multiple applications like Snowflake, AWS, Oracle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs that arise due to customization which needs to be reported individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RunMyJobs allows us to automate jobs from multiple application suit that we are using and is the centralized application across that saves us a lot of time and ease of monitoring.
Very good UI and possibility to customize for your needs
What do you like best about the product?
The UI + the way I'm able to customize whatever necessity I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of templates for existing needs, for example, File Transfer. You need to script it from scratch. There is no template for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation using a SaaS application, with possibility to allow users to self-service inside the tool.
Stable, Savy, Service oriented, Sophisticated and User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is stable with less than 1% error rate and almost perfect score on SAAS cloud uptime, we are a customer with Redwood for more than a decade now with processes that are running from day one until today and they have the exact same performance.
The customer service is top notch, tickets are easy to log as well as our dedicated Account manager is always ready to help!
When it comes to sophistication, its current and we feel anything new will be readily available for us, and can keep up with the trend in technology!

What do you dislike about the product?
NO dislikes but, some suggestion to have a complementary visit to your HQ or conferences, I have never been to one but would love to see peers using the tool from other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMJ's benefits are with workload automation and job scheduling, stability is present which is very important to automation.

Redwood has done a great job in making it very easy to get started with automating tasks, and is very versatile with its integrations

Can be slow when pulling extensive data and needs good knowledge of SQL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling jobs with a good success rate, and with chains, allows for an easy centralised experience.
