Redwood.. true to their claims!!
What do you like best about the product?
Redwood provides fullstack automation. It supports GRC (Governance,Risk,Compliance) framework as well!
This software is very fast,flexible,reliable and user friendly.
Its fully compliled with ITIL and ISO20000.
We never have experianced any memory related issue although we have 500+ jobs configured . This even generates tickets automatically once issue is observed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its little pricey compared to its competitors..but they do have the policy of "pay what you use!" in place!
As a non-coder, one might face difficulty while installing and configuring this software .. but again.. they have 24X7 support to help you throughout!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling 500+ jobs and keeping an eye on each run .. is a tedious job i must say! Using Redwood software .. it is very much easier now and we are able to use the chains so that we can promptly define the dependancy on other jobs although its running on different server .

Best for Scheduling, monitoring jobs and generating reports, Redwood is a Business Process Automation tool that simplifies complex workloads of Enterprises. Integration features helps to connect with other third-party applications and exchange the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes about Redwood, but Communication and assistance with Help/Support team should be improved.

The good part about the Redwood software:
1. Very user-friendly tool for job scheduling; here, the jobs monitoring is straightforward and can quickly identify the failed, killed or running jobs information.
2. Redwood software has easy documentation where we can find information on job descriptions, synopsis of jobs, statistics, and run information.
3. This software has a workload-balancing process. Due to this, multiple jobs can be running parallel to save time and client or user deliverables within SLA.

This software doesn't have significant drawbacks, but there is some difficulty in setup the dependencies under a job.

Best Automation tool and much flexible to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to overcome complicated tasks, this tool helps us to monitor the job related to SAP modules. There won't be a memory outage issue; it will work with all browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to say it's excellent software because things are not complicated compared to other automation software support is really nice from Redwood sofrware
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much more beneficial for scheduling the jobs. It helps complete the automation and has the easy drag-and-drop feature in redwood software. With this feature, I can save time.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling of jobs is very complicated and redwood makes my task easier, as the job scheduling is easy in redwood and learning modules are simple and clear. Workload is Automated and made Simplified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Redwood is providing great help in automation but I still feel it can provide much more help when we are struck. So, Business/Customer support is one area where Redwood Should focus more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me scheduling of jobs and helping me in complete automation and also provides simple drag and drop options to do our task.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and simple to work. Redwood is more fully automated than any other tool in Batch scheduling. The newly created dashboard is beneficial when any jobs are skipped from schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be helpful if we can copy the values from Screen , especially when we create filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved many problems like we can take reports on how many jobs are running daily, mail alerts for job failures and platform agents connect and Dashboards.
Better experience in Managing Batch jobs schedules , modification and easier to navigate

Exporting to excel directly from the job lists is not available (like in service now)

RedwoodRunMy jobs is a great tool which is easy to operate which makes complex workflow look easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great scheduling tool that is easy to understand and operate. The structural diagram of the complex workflows really looks clear when we see the overall picture in redwood. We can control a complex workflow with simple events, which makes life easier. It's excellent automation I would recommend it for any business. Also, hats off to the redwood team,and whenever there is an issue, the redwood team tries their best to resolve the issue for their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are less content on youtube regarding your tool. It would be really great if you could create an official youtube channel and show some practical examples of your tool where you are easily able to handle a complex business process. This would really create a good impression of how much your tool is capable and what variety of things it can do in business.
People will come to know these things and would think to integrate your tool with their ideas. It would be a great move.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are numerous of process chains which run to load the data and export the reports to the business. Without redwood, it would be so difficult to control the flow of data load. Here, redwood controls all the data loads.
Handling that complex architecture and sequence of data flow is manually impossible.

What do you like best about the product?
Issues are getting resolved when we reach the support team and the document reference answers many of our questions. I am using Redwood RunMyjobs scheduler its user friendly. The best thing is we can connect to the Databases and retrieve data by using JDBC queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
While running jobs in other systems say AS400, we lose intermittent connection failures and the job completed at the AS400 end the redwood system keeps on trying to retrieve the status from the AS400 system. There is no way of manually controlling this try. We can setup something like say within stipulated time if we didnt hearback from the server error out the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we recently configured our job schedules in redwood runmyjobs. Around 2000 jobs were scheduled in redwood, the advantage is we can connect to DB's and retrieve details but earlier we were creating files and many jobs to do this operation. REL expressions are much useful to do the precondition setup.
Its a very great experience working with Redwood
