Best & easy Tool for Enterprise Level Scheduler Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Access, Well Designed & Have solutions for most of the requirements out of the box.
User Interface and navigating is very user friendly.
One of the Best Customer support i have seen in the market.
Easy to integrate with Windows/Linux based systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets difficult to implement a use case with Redwood script or other ways. It's not very intutive to search for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduler needs, Alerting, Automation

It has lot of capabilities to solve most of the use cases that we might need a scheduler for
no chance to do your work without it

Most helpful is the possibility of running Jobs in parallel

When you have to branch on specific results of Jobs, this could be complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a massive amount of Jobs running through a specific period (e.g. from 7 pm to 7 am)
Worked on different automation tool but BPA has far exceed the exceptation

The Simple UI of BPA makes working on it more convenient, and its flexibleness to meet any complex business requirements. We have used BPA in the utility industry, retail sector e.t.c and every time, it has worked as expected and offered more features in a Simple manner that helps you solve your IT needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier, they didn't offer any educational program, but now they have resolved it by launching Redwood university

IT Workload Automation on SAP and Non Sap enviroment

It's one of the finest tools for organizations that are looking into automating their business process with ease, is working with multiple industries I feel it suits almost all of the goals

The interface is straightforward of working, the options of import jobs from SAP are very easy

All the interface is very friendly; actually nothing dislike me

We have obtained more efficient delivery of information, response times to users are more efficient, we have reduced operating costs

It is a practical tool for job orchestration and process management
It's a good software working with SAP

It solves all daily scheduling tasks and stream line the work flow
Greatly Helped our Month End Close Processes
What do you like best about the product?
We had a relatively lengthy month-end close process that spanned close to 1 week. This was to be further complicated by additional close requirements that would have added approx 50% more time. In turn, we went in search of the best automation solution to tackle this challenge. In the end, we reduced our time by approx. half, allowing month end to close to be done in approx 4 days.

We have been a long term BPA user and would recommend this to all SAP customers for their automation

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all our SAP jobs. We automated moving dropped FTP files, we use Redwood's Robo (system) copy, which allowed us for way faster refreshes of SAP systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Redwood family is wonderful to work with. Their solutions are used across the world and we have been very happy with its functionality. Since 2012, when we implemented BPA (formerly CPS), and we have never missed a meter to cash bill run thanks to BPA.

What do you like best about the product?
Finance automation removes from our functional team many manual and repetitive tasks. It also has made them start to think of areas that could be further automated.
Further automation will be a benefit to our administrative, operational efficiency.
Redwood is very easy for functional users to learn and use. The steps are useful and therefore end user training is easy to deliver.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of Data storage and system programming logic initially were not good. This affected performance, data retrieval. For example, the Workbench functionality performance very quickly started to slow down the more processes were stored.
However, the platform is constantly changing and improving with technical modifications.

Redwood Finance Automation has helped us remove manual and repetitive tasks carried out by our Finance workforce.
The Automation has freed up their time to perform more valued work. Automation has also made us standardise our processes across locations.
The process of functionally converting to automation has made our colleagues aware of the benefits of automation and made them think of other areas in their work where they could apply it.

Pre-defined process definitions, Data transformer, Chain diagram of the process, Error handlers
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimum features in data transformer to transform the data like Excel reports, difficulty to read IT related errors.

JV processing, Job monitoring, Postings in different ledgers and Reports.
