24/7 support and additional channel support through WhatsApp.
Quick support and understands the End user concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sharing the escalation matrix proactively in the Absence of Old manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we receive complains from Banks regarding the OTP SMS are not received then we raise our concern with Cequens.
These are Transactional SMS (OTP) which are critical for end user.

CEQUENS provides a CPaaS platform that integrates SMS, WhatsApp Business, voice, and other channels into a single interface, like CEQUENS Chat. This ensures seamless transitions between channels and eliminates redundant messaging. Features like surveys and automated notifications foster customer engagement and loyalty.

What do you like best about the product?
They provide me with a easy to use platform to handle all incoming traffic for my clients. Boosting our cusotmer experince and sales.

Not to mention how competitive the pricing it.

Their Customer support is also proactive.

Never faced any downtime with the platform.

Onboarding could be done faster, other than that, the integration with our systems was pretty quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It Combines all my customer's quires, orders, analytics and shipment tracking on one single platform. (I have an e-commerce business)
