Simple and User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Playroll is its simplicity and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t experienced anything I dislike about Playroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll makes processes simple and straightforward. It reduces the time needed to understand the system and allows me to view information directly, which saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Playroll is its features, since it’s accessible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of any downsides, because for me all the features are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving. I’ve saved a lot of time when accessing the tool, and whenever there’s an update, they always let us know.
Easy to Use and Efficient for HR Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Playroll platform and its ease of use. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy and quick.

Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll helps me with manual and repetitive HR and Finance tasks, plus I use it to sign contracts, view my vacations, and performance.
Dedicated Account Management and Transparency on a Great Platform

Dedicated account management, transparency. Good platform

Playroll is helping me to start a collaboration with a foreign country without leaving my country, having a contract ruled by the laws of my country

Every question or issues with payment they are solving in the best way possible.
Effortless to Use with Outstanding Support and Clear Pay Details
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about it is how easy it is to use, along with the clear presentation of pay details. I also value the excellent customer support; they are just an email away and respond promptly. Additionally, I like that they consistently keep you informed with updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue is the lack of visibility for pay per period. There is no option to preview your payslip; you have to download it first before you can view the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The password issue and determining whether an email is spam or not are both addressed well. It's easy to request assistance from them, which saves me time.
Great dashboard and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Good dashboard, easy to use and fast responses to questions. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have found yet. All systems and processes seem to work very well.

Working for a European company whilst in the UK. Support on payroll and contracts.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about Playroll, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that some features could be explained in a bit more detail for new users. A slightly smoother onboarding or more in-platform guidance would make the experience even better.

Playroll solves the challenge of managing global employment and payroll by simplifying complex processes and ensuring compliance across different regions. This benefits me by saving time, reducing administrative stress, and giving me peace of mind knowing everything is handled accurately and efficiently, allowing me to focus on my core work instead of operational details.
Exceptionally Responsive and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
For any type of request by email, the team is very responsive. Their level of knowledge about the French work law is impressive !

As an employee, it saves me time to retrieve my payslips when I need to download them. To request vacation, I used the platform and it's very easy to use

I work under the Employment Insurance Scheme (UoP), and Poland has a social benefits fund.
This is additional money for the Employment Insurance Scheme, and I haven't received any of it.
This money is for Christmas gifts or company events. I don't receive gifts or company events.
There's no option to switch to B2B.
There's no flexibility in changing my medical package. I pay a premium medical package, but I don't need it, and I've been waiting for three months to decide whether I can reduce the package.
