Excellent service to help companies grow on international level.
What do you like best about the product?
Very practical and user-friendly platform with a lot of functionalities, as well analytical and reporting module. Wide global service coverage, combined with excellent customer servicing, very devoted and supportive staff. Real pleasure to work with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will be nice if some additional functionalities are added to support the hired staff, such as option to provide advances to cover some of their larger expenses, for example international trips, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hire and suppor international work force through a simple procedure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the customer support is always ready to help whenever I need it. The features are great and meet all my needs. The ease of use of the website is great as well in terms of user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access my financial information a little bit more easily.

It solves the problem of me being able to quickly access my financial payroll information in a centralized easy to use system

Change of staff and sometime I am not sure if its not an spam mail.

What do you like best about the product?
Great solution to our situation that arose during one of our recruitments, which we now know how to easily tackle from now. It is very easy to use, and the process for implementing and setting it up went very smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to download the final contract of the employee without having to upgrade, instead of only the addendum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can hire employees who are based in a country where we do not have an office. This helps us easily hire the candidates we want and need.

What do you like best about the product?
What makes Playroll great is the exceptional service you receive as a client - which is becoming increasingly rare amongst other service providers. The onboarding team made the setup process incredibly easy and the legal support we got on understanding the laws and regulations in the new territory was fantastic. The platform is also super easy to use. Overall, Playroll have provided a very elegant solution to what we expected to be a complex process.

I have had no issues so far. There nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A key employee is moving to a new territory and the company does not have a legal entity there.
The functionality of the platform has changed substantially over the past 1.5 years.

Everything is together in one central place and the reporting functionality is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reimbursement approval tool does not cater for our workflow requirements. It would be great it Playroll's platform could generate the salary journals as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance over various payroll jurisdictions. It is saving us a lot of time and is very helpful to have a point of contact nearby, if we need to confirm anything.
Very responsive EOR Services Provider!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Having used multiple EOR partners, Playroll really stands out with their very short response times. Whenever you have question, they are very fast in replying. Kudos for that! The platform itself, like any, takes a bit of getting used to, but overall it's a very user friendly system. We were told an integration with our own HR software was possible, so we're very much looking forward to that. The platform has all the features you would need, it even allows for paying out in multiple currencies, so you do not have conversion costs.
Onboarding with Playroll took a bit of work, but most of it was expertly guided by the Playroll team.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a hassle to find the right and fitting solution for some more complex situations, like an employee living in one country, working for the legal entity in another country. But so far, Playroll has tried their best in also finding good solutions for these situations.

Playroll allows us to hire talent on payroll almost globally, regardless of location.

Plaroll is fast, knowledgeable and very easy to use. I recommend this service to all our clients who need support and a solution for global payrolling while having no entities in the different countries. Very good customer service and follow up. Easy to approach.

nothing to dislike. they guide us very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients have more and more talents living across the global and can work remotely, therefore you need a global payroll solution. Also when there is no entity in a specific country but the business is there then employer of record is great to use.
Great UI

The UI is very easy to navigate through.

The double email login can sometimes be a pain

It has made the dashboard overview great to get a quick glance at what you really want to see

What do you like best about the product?
Playroll is an realiable remote payroll service that has made onboarding and account management very simple. The user-friendly interface makes it a breeze to navigate, and the customer support team is always ready to assist, making my experience very good so far (I have been with them for 1 year). Highly recommend this stellar service! 5/5 stars.

Nothing to note, no adjustments that I can think of
