Honestly, what I like most about Playroll is how simple they make global hiring. Their EOR product takes care of all the complex parts - like compliance, payroll, and benefits - so we can focus on building our team instead of getting stuck in admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, I’d say there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start - just getting used to all the features and how everything fits together. Once you’re familiar with the platform, it’s smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll has really simplified the way we handle global hiring. Before, bringing on international talent meant navigating all kinds of legal, payroll, and compliance hurdles - but now it’s seamless. We can hire people anywhere in the world without needing to set up entities or worry about local regulations.
What’s been most valuable is the peace of mind that everything’s handled correctly - from contracts and payroll to taxes and benefits. It’s freed up so much time for our team to focus on growth instead of admin work. Plus, having Playroll’s expert support makes a huge difference - they’re always there to guide us through the process and make sure we’re compliant.

Everything went super smoothly from the start, the communication was quick, clear, and friendly, which made the whole hiring process really easy and stress-free. I was also really impressed by how fast everything was handled, especially the contract setup. It honestly took away so much of the usual admin headache. The platform itself is very intuitive and I could easily navigate everything without needing extra help. What I appreciate most is how Playroll makes international hiring possible in places where it would otherwise be complicated, like my case in Spain. It’s a service that really bridges that gap, and the team behind it is fantastic. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about making the process smooth for everyone involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Playroll has made taking care of my Payroll and HR needs for myself and my company incredibly streamlined. I don’t even have to think about this on a monthly basis. The platform is extremely easy to use and payroll amendments needing to be made for me are handled timeously and efficiently. I have made some ad hoc requests regarding employment letters for visas and have received what I need within 24 hours. The Playroll Support function is very attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything in particular that I dislike about Playroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to continue rendering my services to my overseas company with no legal or tax related issues. I am legally employed within the country I reside and my tax is handled on my behalf. The company I provide services for are also covered from a tax and legal perspective and do not have to be responsible for handling my employment from an overseas perspective.
