Managed and automated our file transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
Without this, we wouldn't have the ability to connect the different servers without these resources. In comparison along with other automation makers, the Stonebranch is a great alternative for pay. They try listening to the needs of ours and are solution-oriented and flexible. I am hoping that Stonebranch is able to offer a solution for each platform, but additionally for each and every platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Universal controller; The user interface of the common controller is truly outdated and the style must be up to day. Within the very first look it looks like an outdated solution, that is technically not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Together with the UDM tool, we could manage all of the files of ours from and also between the mainframe and also the sent out world. We also utilize this UCMD and tool to automate numerous planned dispersed servers via our IWS Central Planning Socket. With UDM Gateway we give clients the chance to exchange files, like HTTPS and SFTP data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Incredible, try as well as present us with a mobile app also.

There are no specifics I dislike about the product.

Scheduling problems have been resolved. The product has helped to move away from the mainframe.

Not a dislike, but it is really needed to have an upgrade in stone branch.

More on generating a report, it's clear now, but it is better to consider all the suggestions that were discussed.

What do you like best about the product?
The DataMover got many options, that makes the "managed file transfer" easyer.
What do you dislike about the product?
the new generation of the "SOA Connector" is diffcult to configurate/install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managed file transfer, Event Notification, Script and command execution.

Stonebranch is taking a turn and using energy to implement own scheduler and I think it will affect the development at agent level

What do you like best about the product?
The straight forward way of thinking and doing, shown in their tools and behaviour. It´s a simple, robust and stable solution to process workload in a hetereogenes Workload-network. Complex topics getting easy by using it.

I dislike nothing at all. best experiences

- To simplify a complex filetransfer-solution-farm into an easy and straight forward solution with only one tool.
- to execute on a simple way workload, scipts and processes at a remote system under control of a SPOC
- increased Security and Reliabeilty
- To control and execute SAP-Abap´s or process-chains
It´s a mindchanger to do complex things withhin the topic of workload distributionin a simple and easy way in a world which is gettingmore and more complex, sensitive and quick changing

What do you like best about the product?
Works fine without issues 99% of the time
Few bugs that need to be addresses
We now moved to latest version of Stonebranch and we will see some bugs
What do you dislike about the product?
Visibility of all the streaming logs when jobs are getting executed.
Available APIs which we can call into to get some of the metrics out like CPU Utilization, disk space etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and executing jobs against the likes of Qubole, Redshift and Athena (S3)
One of the most critical application that help (as a middleware) to get insights out for our Business users
