Universal Tool That Works Seamlessly Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It is a universal tool that can be implemented between different kind of platforms. That makes it fast to use and easy implementable between across our organization. The SAP plugin makes it easy to use between multiple SAP systems
What do you dislike about the product?
The help is not very clear. When you perform a search in https://stonebranchdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UC77/overview it searches in all different versions and agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we are a big organization we transfer files to a lot of different systems. Stonebranch is the standard tool which makes it possible to make workflows that perform tasks between different environents
Effortless Job Management and Reliable Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Stonebranch is its ease of use. The alerting mechanism for critical jobs is especially valuable, there’s no need for constant monitoring we can simply respond when an alert arrives. Its performance is excellent as well, allowing me to take action on multiple jobs with a single click, such as enabling or disabling triggers or making updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is limited in Stonebranch. Although reports exist, they aren’t fully comprehensive. For example, if I want to extract jobs based on a specific program name or variant name, I’m not able to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stonebranch helps us manage complex scheduling and cross-application dependencies. Its API support allows third-party tools to integrate seamlessly, which greatly enhances our automation capabilities. Using this feature, we’ve automated ad-hoc runs, reruns, and force-finishes of jobs, eliminating manual intervention and saving us a significant amount of time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes automation across the environment, allows to build connection between various applications to build a complete ecosystem to meet the customer needs
Reliable Automation for QAD Batch Processing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Stonebranch is the centralized control it provides. Having all QAD batch jobs visible in one place—with clear logs and alerts—makes monitoring, troubleshooting, and auditing much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating or modifying complex job chains can get cumbersome, with many settings spread across different menus. A more streamlined configuration process would improve usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stonebranch automates and orchestrates our QAD batch jobs, reducing manual scheduling and removing the risk of human error. This ensures our daily processes run consistently and on time, which improves overall operational reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Stonebranch focuses on analysis and provides a native service automation feature, which helps me to effectively display and handle jobs with its platform capabilities. The service automation is invaluable, transforming bottleneck situations into enabling opportunities. It not only simplifies cloud job management but also allows delegation while managing exclusions efficiently. Furthermore, I find the setup surprisingly easy, especially with its alignment towards cloud-based deployment models, significantly reducing infrastructure overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial learning curve for universal agents quite challenging, particularly in complex network environments with multiple firewalls. This complexity makes it difficult to effectively deploy and manage the software. Additionally, the process for deployment could be more user-friendly, facilitating smoother adoption within enterprise settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Stonebranch for hybrid IT orchestration, managing workloads from legacy and cloud resources on a single platform, solving automation issues, and enhancing app server capabilities with service automation.

It has been seamless and highly productive. No dislikes at all.

Manual tracking of tasks reduce workflow efficiency and IT team struggles to detect failures and performances analytics. This tool offers a centralized dashboard that allow real time visibility thus promoting a great workflow.

The tool stands out for its ease of use, which makes it very accessible. Moreover, the fact that it is a fully SaaS-based solution is a real advantage.

Support is only available in English, which is unfortunate for a French-speaking team.

It is a central scheduler that handles all of our production tasks and also provides results accompanied by detailed reports.
