Efficient IT Orchestration with Minor Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Stonebranch focuses on analysis and provides a native service automation feature, which helps me to effectively display and handle jobs with its platform capabilities. The service automation is invaluable, transforming bottleneck situations into enabling opportunities. It not only simplifies cloud job management but also allows delegation while managing exclusions efficiently. Furthermore, I find the setup surprisingly easy, especially with its alignment towards cloud-based deployment models, significantly reducing infrastructure overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial learning curve for universal agents quite challenging, particularly in complex network environments with multiple firewalls. This complexity makes it difficult to effectively deploy and manage the software. Additionally, the process for deployment could be more user-friendly, facilitating smoother adoption within enterprise settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Stonebranch for hybrid IT orchestration, managing workloads from legacy and cloud resources on a single platform, solving automation issues, and enhancing app server capabilities with service automation.

Revolutionized ETL Workflow with Superior Scheduling and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable feature of the Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) is its superior scheduling and cross-platform integration capabilities, which have fundamentally transformed how we orchestrate our ETL workflows. Now, we have centralized, end-to-end control over every ETL job.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core functionality is excellent, the initial learning curve for a new administrator can be steep, mostly due to the sheer number of configuration options. The official documentation could be more comprehensive and beginner-friendly in certain areas to match the power of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem Solved: Fragmented, unreliable ETL and data pipeline scheduling across a hybrid IT environment.
Benefit:
Guaranteed Data Flow: We have eliminated "blind spots" in our data processing. The UAC's central monitoring and dependency management ensure that the next stage of an ETL job never starts until the previous one is successfully completed, drastically reducing data errors and late deliveries.
Increased Speed and Agility: By utilizing event-driven scheduling (e.g., kicking off a workflow the moment a file is dropped into S3), our data is available for analysis much faster, supporting real-time business decisions.
Simplified Management: We replaced dozens of siloed scheduling tools and custom scripts with a single, drag-and-drop visual workflow designer, which saves our team countless hours on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Exceptional Support and Rapid Feature Delivery with Stonebranch
What do you like best about the product?
Last year, we started with a proof of concept to see if Stonebranch could meet our needs. During this phase, we found two missing features that were blocking an implementation. Impressively, Stonebranch addressed both issues within just one week. The subsequent business plan surprised us with its Return on Investment. We are now in the process of migrating our scheduling, MFT, and automation tools. Working alongside their Professional Services team, we have migrated over 3,500 workflows and created many new business workflows as well.
They really listen to their customer : proof of that are the many feature requests they processed and adaptions they made to their software on our request.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with any large-scale migration, things can become quite complex. Fortunately, Hallpily Stonebranch was consistently willing to help us with any questions that arose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to streamline our IT environment by bringing together three essential applications. We also sought a solution that would allow teams to manage their own workflows independently. The new Self Service Portal has been instrumental in helping us achieve this.
Outstanding Experience with a Comprehensive Knowledge Base
What do you like best about the product?
Once it's set up, using it becomes very straightforward. The customer support is excellent; we typically receive responses within an hour, and they aren't just links to a knowledge base. I use this daily, and the interface is very intuitive, allowing me to find everything I need immediately and easily explore further details when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main problem was with the setup process. Although the knowledge base contains a lot of information, it can be somewhat difficult to navigate at times. There are definitely sections where, if you overlook something, you might find yourself stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has become our automation workhorse. I use it every day to refine processes and review outputs, and I find it to be an excellent product.
Powerful Workflow Automation with Flexible Triggers
What do you like best about the product?
Creating conditional workflows to address different data scenarios as well as webhooks to trigger tasks/workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application is too powerful/requires a good deal of knowledge in order to utilize features. The documentation could contain more use cases for more complex features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stonebranch addresses the execution of Linux tasks (groovy scripts) and provides real-time alerting by capturing variables for failures to send via http payloads.
