Stonebranch simplifies data transfer between hosts, VMs and containers
What do you like best about the product?
Stonebranch allows us to easily & simply transfer files/data beween multiple nodes internally as well as to external vendor partners. We setup dynamic tasks/workflows utilizing triggers with local variables to speed maintenance and new transfer generation. Support is always easy to enguage and quick responding to a query. Trainers are very knowledgable and also available outside of training for suggestions and advise.

Stonebranch UAC schedular
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has experienced significant improvements in workload automation and IT process management since implementing Stonebranch software. This powerful tool enables us to efficiently manage Unix control scripts, jobs, tasks, and IT processes across all of our on-premise, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments. Our BG user was thrilled with our prompt delivery of their data thanks to Stonebranch. We have found the GUI interfaces to be much simpler to operate than writing and analyzing 5K Unix scripts for each operation. In addition, we store our data in the Snowflake database, which has seen an increase in ideal processing time thanks to our newly automated scheduling processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less availability of Stonebranch articles and training videos in public forums and learning tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unix Scripts and basic Cron schedular.
Great Automation Tool, But Why?
What do you like best about the product?
If you have built something and you need to orchestrate them in one single place, Stonebranch is the right tool for you. The ease of connectivity management and graphical automation builder decreases the effort significantly and makes the imlementation faster than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to extend the platform to support customized connection which limits the usability. For a bigger enterprise with mature integrartion capacity, this kind of tool with limited functions could be easily replaced with middleware or BPM.

We need a single dashboard for end-to-end process statuses and Stonebranch is used widely inside the corporation between different business units which fits this reqirement very well.

Stonebranch for newbies

Despite it being new to my knowledge, I was pretty surprised that it was very easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only cons I can see for now is the tool's inability to generate a comprehensive result in generating the jobs' definition/dependencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets the expectations of my streams/workflows based on how I wanted it to be designed.
Seamless SAP Integration and Agile Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Stonebranch for its seamless integration capabilities, particularly with SAP, thanks to its native connector. This integration extends to ITSM tools like ServiceNow, facilitating robust out-of-the-box connectivity that significantly accelerates job management processes. Stonebranch's ongoing innovation, especially in self-service features, enhances its usability, while its straightforward and digestible licensing model adds to its appeal. Overall, these features contribute to an effective and user-friendly experience. Additionally, Stonebranch's support structures, from consulting to cloud operations, are well-organized, providing a smooth initial setup and migration process that was well-coordinated on both sides.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Stonebranch’can focus more on SAP by deeply gathering the evolving requirements. The product innovations coming from the Stonebranch product management team tend to be broadly applicable rather than tailored to SAP, and increasing attention to SAP-related processes could be beneficial. As Stonebranch expands in this area, offering a dedicated stack for SAP and related products might provide additional support. It may also be helpful for future self-service features to incorporate considerations for SAP environments alongside the needs of large enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Stonebranch for job management in SAP, benefiting from its easy integration with SAP and ITSM tools like ServiceNow, accelerating our processes with out-of-the-box connectivity. Its innovative self-service features and flexible licensing enhance our overall system management.
Stonebranch is an effective tool in scheduling complicated workstream
