What do you like best about the product?
They really took the world by storm, easily outpacing the established players. N8n has been a lifesaver for me, offering an incredible amount of automation with over 5,000 templates already available. I appreciate how simple it is to connect my APIs or webhooks and have my automation ready to run. I love being able to start with a drag-and-drop interface and then switch to code when things get more complex. Sub-workflows help keep my builds organized, and the option to self-host gives me full control. When it’s time to scale, queue mode is ready to handle the load. Honestly, it’s rare to find a tool that manages to be both so simple and so powerful at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve in optimizing the automations and workflows to avoid unnecessary executions. if not done properly, the costs can add up very quickly. Would recommend to watch their tutorials in their fourm or on youtube before setting up automations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I find that it takes away the hassle of manually integrating apps and handling repetitive tasks by allowing me to create automated workflows using a straightforward drag-and-drop builder. This has really helped me save hours that I used to spend on tedious activities, like searching through YouTube or Instagram for viral videos—now n8n handles that for me every week automatically. It gathers fresh topics from RSS feeds and Telegram, uses AI tools like Perplexity for research, and even generates posts for LinkedIn or Instagram, which saves me about 10 to 15 hours each week. When it comes to UGC videos, n8n can take a single product image, generate 20 to 50 AI variations with Nano Banana, create clips using Veo 3, and store everything in Box for e-commerce ads. It also automates the creation of Shorts and Reels by using video templates, adding AI-generated captions, exporting, and scheduling posts to YouTube or Instagram, so I don’t have to do any manual editing. For research content, it collects bookmarks or feeds, filters them with AI, and produces outlines or drafts that I can easily repurpose into daily threads or blog posts.

There are multiple API options available and easy to integrate. The huge community is a plus. The interface is easy to use.

Nothing specifically as of now. They have already covered quite a lot of bases.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to connect to multiple tools and places where information lives in our tech stack. We can then use this to pull information into centralised places for teams to use. We can also get the ai agents to do manual tasks that previously the team have had to to.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool can be quite technical for non-technical stakeholders, and depending on how your tech stack is configured, you may need some engineering resources to get it set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating repetitive tasks that our team regularly handles, we are able to free up resources and dedicate more time to addressing other high-impact problems that require our attention.
Completely customizable tool with rich integrations.

The integrated nodes and the intuitive interface.

The web interface sometimes doesn't save your work, nodes will bug and not save their changes either, the most common one being the if node.

What do you dislike about the product?
It seems important to remember that this is a low-code platform, not a no-code one. To create robust, real-world workflows, we often need to write a considerable amount of JavaScript. Unfortunately, the JavaScript interface currently offered falls short and doesn't do much to help developers be more productive. I find myself wishing for a more user-friendly JavaScript coding environment, with features such as a linter, find and replace, multiple cursors, and the ability to ctrl-click on a function call to jump straight to its definition. While I realize this isn't VSCode, the present JavaScript interface feels quite inadequate.

This tool is automating four of my social media forums, allowing me to post platform-specific content based on a single submission, caption, or hashtag idea that I enter into an initial Airtable base. I can even submit this form directly from my phone. My content factory workflows now combine audio and video into single or multiple files, whether stitched together or separate, and send them intelligently to the publishing platforms I choose. There's also a feature to publish immediately or add posts to a queue. I ended up letting go of my social media agency because of this. Just a year ago, managing all of this would have been impossible!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of n8n is what attracts me the most. It allows integrating different tools in a simple and efficient way, without needing advanced programming knowledge. The visual interface greatly facilitates the creation of complex workflows, and the fact that it is open source allows for customizations. Additionally, the community is very active, which helps in finding quick solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be a bit challenging for those who have never worked with automations. Some nodes are still limited compared to native integrations from other players, which sometimes requires workarounds. I also notice that, in very large flows, performance can be affected and visualization becomes less practical.

n8n has been solving integration problems between different systems that previously required a lot of manual work or custom development. With it, we can automate repetitive processes, centralize information, and reduce operational failures. This has brought increased productivity, time savings for the team, and greater agility in delivering results, as well as allowing us to scale processes without proportionally increasing the workload.
The Best Experience for Developers
What do you like best about the product?
This is, by far, the best tool I've ever used. If I have the opportunity and the necessary dedication, I want to delve deeper into learning it. I currently work with Mulesoft, and every time I make a change, I need to restart the local server, which takes quite a while. Being able to fix the results and debug real requests with the same data is something revolutionary, far beyond any other experience I've had.
Integrating with any external tool, like Google Docs, Sheets, GDrive, ChatGPT, integrating with the WhatsApp API has become very easy.
With good training, one can become an implementation machine, given how easy the tool's implementation is.

What do you dislike about the product?
It could spread more in the corporate world and companies see it as a robust tool. A good indicator would be to find job openings in large companies for N8N developers. I searched on LinkedIn and didn't find any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today I am studying to see the applicability, but a market where I see a strong path would be the replacement of integration tools like Mulesoft, which has many similar features, but Mulesoft has become expensive. This would make the cost of implementations cheaper from the server's point of view and also from the implementation's perspective.
