What do you like best about the product?
Temenos Digital Banking Suites facilitates the processes of servicing, acquiring, retention, and cross-selling of customers among banks in the digital banking era. The software engineer is able to on-board and acquire the customers, foster product origination, undertaking omni-channel banking, retaining customers, marketing, and cross-selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software requires that the user commands the relevant skills in the deployment process so as to ensure effective and accurate performance which will help monitor financial performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Temenos Digital Banking Suites helps in customer retention, acquiring and services financial products and also cross-selling thus exacerbating the unification of products across all the experiences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is quite efficient in the managing finances in both the banking and personal financial services such that there can be significant growth in the financial realms.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all it is very secure and flexible system,it has a good support.We are getting new version every year.
It is very easy to use for users,Temenos supports multi language
we use jbase and jbasic for editing and adding some new features

What do you dislike about the product?
For meThe biggest problem of the Temenos is SPEED,it works little bit slowly.Temenos has own datebase(called Jbase) it works normal but now temenos sells product with Oracle thats why it is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our compay uses Temenos-T24 as a core banking system.We store and process all customers data with Temenos
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1) u must have your own developers couse of outsource is very expensive
2) talk about database problems with temenos

easy to use user interface
What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use and manage. the interface is simple but dated (early 2000). minimal maintenance when it works and no issues from end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of back end issues when upgrading to newer editions. some accounts become corrupted

our Collections Agents use this to track missed payments to send out letters
Recommendations to others considering the product:
starting off, there wont be much problems. after upgrading the edition and importing the old data may cause some problems. still working with temenos after 10months to bring v15 live
