Easy to use - super fast!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and get started. Also the control-switching is easy. The user, i.e. a customer, is always in control.
And the performance is great. Many features allow to really collaborate with customers and business partners.
It seems the technical solution is much better than comparable services which rely on sharing screens or pixels.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here, but being Switzerland-based it would be cool to have Surfly-as-a-Service in Switzerland.

Co-browsing, sharing documents and working on them together with partners and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of connecting with an online prospect. Ability to visit 3rd party sites and return in the same session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to put a piece of code and simple chan get onto a customer's website to place a click to call/connect button. Whilst this is simple to do, it does discourage users that have locked down environments. It's also reasonable expensive in comparision to other toolsets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retaining a prospect in a conversation whilst in a digital asset (website/chat/SMS) so that the transaction, whether a sale or customer service experience can conclude and this creates a great deal of trust when engagement directly with customers is often disintermediated by auto-responses, bots, etc.

Using Surfly I can get a real-time view of my customer’s screen, so you can help them with resolving any issues they're facing

What do you like best about the product?
Surfly's co-browsing solution is easy to use for both customers and agents, and the back-end system allow business to customize many different settings like user interface and the back list/ white list, and so on.
What attracted me most is Surfly's e-signature feature and document collaboration, which can help the insurance industry develop the digital online service significantly.

I'm looking forward to app solution and the function of screen recording this year.

Surfly help our customer service staff realize and solve customers' problem in real time when they call in.

It doesn't require installation so can be done from a browser which speeds up customer troubleshooting.

Native apps co-browsing would be great since a large chunk of our business is done on app

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's a very good solution for financial and customer consultations because they deliver very well and reduce call time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find anything bad, but I'm a little sad that I can't support voice service when sharing videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was great to be able to complete the consultation with the customer remotely and then sign the contract all at once, and the customer was very satisfied.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the COVID19 era, if you're considering digital communication for customer calls, Surfly offers better performance than any other product in terms of time, work efficiency and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Co-Browsing feature is easier and easier to use than any other solution.

Surfly has a simple and efficient technology that can be implemented in hours and deliver its benefits right away. The simplicity of the platform is what I like the most.
