High quality experience
What do you like best about the product?
The experience is so smooth and simple! We were using another screen-sharing solution that was a bit laggy but Surfly is very high quality. No downloads and away you go. I use Surfly to collaborate with my colleagues in our AI startup and one of the things that I like best is that we can switch control between each other and work together on our applications with many users on at one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I don't like! Whenever I do encounter a small issue, the team is always quick to reply and support me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Surfly to work together and collaborate with my colleagues. Working remotely is the norm nowadays and we cant always be in the office together. If we have a joint project or document to write up, I just send the link to my colleagues and we jump into an immersive session. We have managed to improve the way we work together, allowing us to build relationships but also be more efficient - in a fun way.

What do you like best about the product?
Surfly convinced us from day one and since then, we didn't get disappointed in this valuable and friendly partnership. The software of Surfly is a great addition to the OneDealer-portfolio and makes us, and more importantly - our customers, very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of the whole partnership was COVID-19, because this prevented us from seeing the Surfly team in real life and not just via web sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfly enhaces our portfolio with the perfect solution, to provide a seamless and digital interaction between the automotive-dealership/importer/OEM with their end-customer. In times of the digital era (independent of time and location) and especially social distancing, the software of Surfly provides the possibility, to still be close to the end-customer.

sometimes on video camm it says "bad bandwidth" but I have a powerful DSL

Improve Your Customer Relationships
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of co-browsing capabilities available today, especially as Covid has forced us all to be remote. Surfly is different. It enables a business to work directly with its customer rather than passing the control back and forth. Through its capabilities, businesses can not only train their own staff better, but, provide more personalized customer service by being able to go onto the screen with the customer and point out key messages, correct erroneous input, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still a young company and so do not have the scale yet to work with all the opportunities out there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for Bank customers to have a more personalized experience with their Customer Service Officer. Leaves the customer feeling much better about the Bank and that they matter as a customer

What do you like best about the product?
The beauty of their solution! It's simple, intuitive, and well-designed. The solution is also very easy to integrated into our platform, and maybe into any other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a developer's point of view, there is nothing for me to complain about their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Co-browsing is a feature that we always want to integrate into our platform. Working with Surfy, we can have a beautiful product with less development time.
Excellent, intuitive and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and very easy to use for users on both ends of the platform. Customisable options worked well for us and meant we had great control over what service we would like to deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as well known as other providers meant explanation to customers was sometimes required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working remotely with all customers. Without surfly this would not be possible. Our sales team are able to deliver high quality calls with customers and provide product support with visualisation.
Great additional service to our company!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy! No one has to download anything for us to connect and the steps needing to make the connection is simple. It has great features that make it easy to show multiple websites and even be able to show documents loaded in my computer. To be able to swap control of the cursor back and forth is also great, so the end user can feel a part of their own enrollment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Surfly team is working with me on how passwords won't get saved within a session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically would assist people face to face so without being able to do that within our current world situation, Surfly has been a bridge to build a better personal connection with clients over technology. When educating people on their needs, this assists for them to not only hear, but also see the options the clients have selected. Clients complete our sessions and feel they are better educated on what they personally selected for them and their family.
