Co-browsing as easy as it gets
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you don't have to change your site or applications in order to be able to co-browse it with your customers. Also, it works seamlessly even if you have iframes with 3rd party content on them, which is an issue for the most common embedded co-browsing approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit pricey, so you'll need to assess exactly what your needs are and if you need all Surfly has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfly is an option we present to our Contact Center customers, mostly for support scenarios. Being quick to deploy is surely one of the key benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Basically Surfly doesn't require modifying web pages in advance to embed a special code to each page I would like to share. Just typing an URL to the dashboard allows me to share browser contents to others, and even navigate a new page while connecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not about "dislike", but I'd say people should have a good understanding of difference between screen sharing and co-browsing, so you know how Surfly can reach out to your needs and what Surfly can share - or it may not exactly fit your expectation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Surfly, I can securely share a specific browser contents in a tab. Other browser contents or applications on the laptop will not be shared, which I believe very trusting.

Surfly is a great tool that simplifies real time engagement with customers. The simplicity and easy of use makes it the best co-browsing solution.

I did'nt come across any thing that i dislike in the Surfly solution

With Surfly our customers are able to initiate a co browsing session with their end clients and also start a video call thats helps provide a better customer experience. This has significantly helped in provide better support and lead to happy customers.

You do not need any script to your web page you can co-browse on any page which is great as you can visit with your customer even other companies and see the same screen

I have nothing to share as platform is amazing and easy to use

You can reduce your AHT as some topics might be difficult to explain via phone and Surfly can bring additional angle to your calls or also can improve your sales as you can help your customers to finish orders.

Complex technology - made simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The concepts of so-called "screen sharing" and "co-browsing" are not new and its relatively straightforward technology, almost all of the modern tools like Zoom, GTM, MS Teams provide such an option. However, all of them miss a single most important component - reliability. I've lost count on times when the ongoing product demos with sales prospects have been subject to interruptions due to the incapability of traditional applications to perform consistently. Surfly's web sharing technology is not simply a matter of convenience, it is a solution that enables organizations to build a relationship with customers and deliver a truly exceptional sales experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are price-sensitive, you might want to first learn about the tradeoff between the value/cost for your use case. For me, it was well worth every single cent. Obviously, there are several tweaks on UX level here and there that could be taken into consideration as a further step of improvement, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important objective in business is to keep your customers happy and engaged in every level of communication. The biggest problem was to have the right technology that would enable us to deliver such experience and at the same time ensure seamless integration. Surfly is an extremely powerful tool with remarkable simplicity of use, which has allowed it. Some of the benefits are that the platform can be easily accessed by both parties with just a single click, while fully documented and straightforward APIs ensure that the integration process is as simple as it can possibly get.

The ability to fully customize the look and feel is probably the best feature as people viewing the Surfly product will not even know you are using it. It is very easy to implement within any webpage.

The pricing is a little higher than some of our customers would be willing to pay for this service, but it is within the competitive landscape.
