Co-browsing and communication
What do you like best about the product?
It has me start co-browsing and text/voice/video communication quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not suitable for some use cases, like when you print the web page during co-browsing session.

A hassle-free solution that is friendly to use, easy to integrate, and affordable to adopt.
What do you like best about the product?
Universal browsing with video chat and document upload/download is a perfect combination for digital insurance! And I think the free trial and online resource is really helpful for early evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be perfect if Surfly can support native apps co-browsing.

Trying to figure out how can Surfly's solution be accepted on legal perspective for insurance selling.

Our customers (providing cobrowsing service to their end customers) use Surfly to address advanced customer support and value-added sales, including upsell and cross-sell. Sharing information within the cobrowsing increases customer satisfaction while maximizing contact center efficiency.
