Best piece of software I have ever purchased
What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly integrates across every platform and device I have allowing me to be secure and organised for both myself and my partner
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be annoying how secure the generated passwords are... no chance to memorise the login details, so must always have access to 1password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure storage of every login, card, membership
1Password
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords are just a click away. I tried a few other ones (mostly free) and they were difficult to use. This app is very reliable and stable. Plus it's Canadian made! Awesome! It has a beautiful UI that fits right at home on my computer which is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the software could somehow detect which desktop app or website I'm using and autofill passwords once I type my master password. Also, it is really annoying how it keeps asking me about certain websites that I do not want saved on 1Password. Sometimes the dialog has an option to never ask again but other times the dialog has no such option. My bank website triggers the 1Password prompt for example and never offers an option to never ask again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm hoping to use this with my business team soon. It would save much frustration.
Allows me to feel confident online
What do you like best about the product?
Appears to be very stable in appearance and behaviour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - except the password I chose to open it (very long)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My online bank and PayPal logon are 1Password protected
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As an owner operator I have found the security of 1Password to be excellent.
The absolute BEST password program ever,
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless flow and ease of use makes this my number one product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing that I would change about this software,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of passwords that have to change frequently.
This is my go-to password manager recommendation for friends and business colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
After 9 years, I can confidently say this software is under constant development and gets incrementally better year after year — without breaking — which is amazing given the security landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate having to log in with the master password on my phone after a restart, but that's life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to generate unique passwords for web clients, databases, and other online projects — generating hundreds of unique and sharable passwords each year. Having a central repository for all these passwords is a huge convenience and has made clients happy. We've never been compromised on any of our online campaigns for wont of a secure password.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest some time asking friends in your industry. I've introduced a friend's law firm, and they adopted it. Ditto two other agencies. Again, ask friends in your industry if they use it and what they think. It has a medium price tag, but for security and peace of mind, we haven't looked back because it means strong passwords and administrators and clients who comply with the password rules.
Retired after 48+ years in IT
What do you like best about the product?

There is very little about 1Password to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retired
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After seven plus years as a 1Password user I wouldn't want to not be able to use it.
Life changer
What do you like best about the product?
One Password has improved my life - not many apps I can say that about! It's easy to use, generates great passwords, stores securely, and I'm confident my data is not accessible to others. They provide regular updates that are easy to install and it works across all platforms (I use it on MacOS, iOS, and Windows).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the password generator had a hybrid option so that I could create words with some special characters as some sites require for their passwords. That's about the only quibble I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure storage, password management
Excellent software and easy to use day to day.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which it allows use of proper secure passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. I am a purchase user rather than a subscriber, that came along much later - soI really hope my way of using the SW continues to exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password just makes security so much easier to implement.
My story, I'd been using 1Password for years but not fully implementing its features. I was a very basic user - just felt my way in and used what I found - thought I was doing OK, but I now know its so much more than a simple password storage "vault"..
--- A few years ago I discovered that one of my online accounts was compromised [Vodafone, I reckon they were hacked] and 1Password helped me to recover with very practical steps.:
1: analyse all my duplicated and web passwords,
2: generate new proper secure ones,
3: use those myriad passwords day to day. I especially appreciate the browser and iOs plug ins.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead and dive in.
Read up about how to set up a very secure 3 or 4 work master pass phrase.
Work out a way of noting that passphrase so you can always find it but others could not decrypt your note.
