What do you like best about the product?
All my passwords in one place. Awesome to work on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use favorites in a shared vault because it's a favorite for all my colleagues then...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working on nearly 20 different logins a week... who should ever remember all these passwords?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay safe. Don't use passwords you can remember any more

What do you like best about the product?
The Team is great, communication is a breeze, functionality of the software is just great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing to factor auth. and loging into desktop by authentification through mobile device via eg. fingerprint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to memorize passwords. This is a all in one solution from generating passwords to auto-fill, to everything. I just love it and would not want to live without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Search no more 1Password is the most convenient, nice, easy to use and task fulfilling piece of software out there.

Just Fantastic

What do you like best about the product?
Trust is what I love most about 1Password. In the beginning I was afraid of it, that it wouldn't work well, that I would lose my passwords, or that it would be difficult to use. But it is a joy to use and I now rely heavily on it to keep my passwords safe and to give me easy access to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's to dislike? I love the app and the way it keeps my passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How easy it is to use 1Password.

Making security fun

What do you like best about the product?
1Password is constantly evolving to make itself even more useful with features like Teams, OPT, CLI, to name a few. One of the apps I use everyday, regardless what platform I’m on (macOS, iOS, Windows).
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I have stability issues with the iOS versions, but support has been helpful in those instances, or simply just reset the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password for Teams makes managing company sensitive data a breeze with audit logs and account administration (from recovery to deletion, when needed).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Apps are built utilizing the best from the underlying operating system, making it native and takes advantages of the best each platform has to offer.

Can't/Wont live without it

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and totally reliable. Excellent UI, great support, love the cross-platform seamless integration. And supporting FaceID (iOS) and TouchID (MacOS) is a total WIN!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm stretching to think of anything, but I guess my only issue is that I seem to have multiple entries for some sites and it's hard to differentiate in the list when you're using the browser extension. Would be handy to see a last used date or something since likely some of those are obsolete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency, increased security, ease of use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait

Still the best

  • January 21, 2018

What do you like best about the product?
Secure, robust, fast, pixel perfect UI, great flexibility, optimized for FAST workflow (keyboard, etc). I tried Dashlane and others and still came back to perfection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much nothing substantial. It does everything I need properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to store all passwords, secure notes, software licenses, etc.

Essential

  • January 21, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1Password is one of the most essential tools installed on my computer an in use at my workplace. It makes it practical to maintain best practices with passwords and sensitive documents, tasks we would struggle with otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a linux desktop version other than the web interface. It's one of the things stopping me switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining good standards with passwords and sensitive documents rather than using insecure practices such as memorable passwords and passing documents via email or chat clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I never thought it would be true, but now I only have to remember one password, instead of hundrets.
What do you dislike about the product?
On mobile devices all password managers have problems integrating into other apps or website. But some apps have started to build integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Way faster setting up and managing accounts.

Convenient, trusted, and better all the time.

  • January 20, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite functions of 1password is the team vaults that allow me to keep work, personal, and family information stored without too much headache. I also adore how the browser extensions prompt you to remember passwords and help generate more robust ones for good password habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main struggle is with browsers being unsigned as updates frequently render the extension unusable until I can relaunch my browser (an effort when you have so many tabs), but I think this is more a browser issue than a 1pass one, and this is because 1pass is looking out for my security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1pass has given me much greater confidence about providing my accounts with the recommended password strategies. I've been able to control who within the organization has access to what and to much more easily ensure that when passwords do change that I do not lock out members of my team who need access. This also prevents people from falling prey to bad habits like sending authentication info over email or other means.

The first app I install on any of my computers

  • January 20, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am a firm believer in the strongest password is the one you can't remember. 1Password is essential to adhering to that policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is not the best. I had an issue with sorting in the Mac app and they asked for some reports and logs. In the end they said "Oh we don't really know why that's happening. Sorry." That was it. That was completely unacceptable. In the end, I fixed it myself by removing ALL traces of the app and reinstalling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is for home use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The app is very much worth the price if your goal is to stay safe on the web. Hopefully their support gets better.
