Web view has removed the regular view of the vaults as cards, and now it's useless
What do you like best about the product?
I like to beleve it is keeping my information safe, relative easy adding/editing of the new passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
They removed the vault home view. Now the homeview is useless, and I have to use the list view that loads very long, and I see all vaults by default, it does not save your prefrence in the filter, which is very annoying. Maybe the company will move to another password management system after this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps information we use in vaults.
Dependable, Secure and Easy to implement

Good experience for personal usage but extremely buggy for enterprise tiers
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to use overall with easy integration into Mac-based software.
What do you dislike about the product?
1Password's SCIM and SAML connections to Rippling are extremely buggy and have locked us out of our accounts on a repeated basis. The support is horrible for businesses with email-only support. We urgently needed to reset the connection to Rippling to restore admin access to 1Password, but support was not responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing passwords to SaaS platfoms with access and governance controls.
Secure, but much less convenient than Google Passwords.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate 1Password's extra security, RBAC for teams, and face recognition for unlocks on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill only works sporadically, and 1Password doesn't always add new usernames or passwords properly. It also has a convoluted process for getting suggested secure passwords when creating new accounts. I also wish it could be unlocked by fingerprint on new mac computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password keeps my work login credentials secure and accessible, and allows administrators on my team to share access to specific accounts when necessary.
1Password is unmatched!
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is secure but not sophisticatedly complex. It saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. Sharing information and managing my personal and work information securely has never been so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any dislikes about 1Password. The chrome extension and 1Password 8 client for Mac have been great with all the recent feature updates to the user interface with business level services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is our primary password manager and secrets management tool for sharing critical information across our agency. Benefits include secure, simple, and efficient account/login service management.
Extremely happy with our move to 1password
What do you like best about the product?
The clients are good, cross-platform and have powerful CLI and scripting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to call this a dislike, but compared to our previous solution, the policies are very basic and can't be applied to subsets of accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1password is a robust enterprise password management solution that allows us to easily and securly share passwords within our organization. We have also begun to utilize the secrets management to enable us to keep passwords out of configuration files and give more flexibility to dev->prod rollouts of configurations.
Really good password manager
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using 1Password for several years now, and I must say it is an exceptional password manager that has greatly simplified and secured my digital life. From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by its robust features and user-friendly interface.
First and foremost, the security measures implemented by 1Password are top-notch. The master password and optional two-factor authentication provide a solid layer of protection for my sensitive data. It is also easy to use and team members like it.
1Password's integration with various platforms and browsers is seamless, allowing me to access my passwords and secure notes from any device or browser. Whether I'm using my desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet, I can effortlessly synchronize my data and have it readily available whenever I need it.
The password generator feature is a game-changer. It not only generates strong, unique passwords for all my accounts but also automatically fills them in on websites and apps, saving me valuable time and eliminating the need to remember complex passwords. I have also been able to share it with the team and get them to start using it as a password generator in their personal accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not so easy to setup domain authentication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team uses a lot of shared accounts, this ensures we can safely store passwords and not worry too much. We also utilize the domain breach notification system.
Great transition support & great product
What do you like best about the product?
We've had a fantastic experience with 1Password, which has proven to be a significant improvement over our previous password management service. Not only does Agilebits offer an excellent product, but their team has also been incredibly supportive in assisting us with the smooth transition of our employees to their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say about the product so far. In addition to our team adapting to it with minimal support, we've enjoyed all of the features 1Password offers. I guess some things like 2FA are not super easy to setup but having used the product for a while, they're working hard to make it easier to use all of their features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company managing a multitude of passwords, including shared credentials across different departments, prioritizing the security of these passwords is of utmost importance to us. After transitioning from our previous password management service, we conducted a thorough review of several leading password management solutions, and we are delighted with the choice we ultimately made.
1Password implementation
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is an easy to use password manager that serves a vital function in our organization. Not only does it encourage strong passwords but it also helps users not repeat the same password in multiple places. There are also a variety of Admin tools and reports that you can use to help keep your environment safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I can point out is that it can be a little cumbersome to setup initially. But 1Password provides so much guidance and help, along with tools to import passwords from other password managers, that makes it an easier setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is an important part of our Cybersecurity strategy. It helps our users to use strong passwords and not repeat the same passwords in multiple places. It also makes it easier for us to share confidential information and ensures that only certain people have access to it.
1 password saved my sanity!
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options to sign into vaults, numerous individual and shared vaults. With secure vault recovery options and simple sharing or transfer of secrets, it is the best password manager around.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be very difficult, if not imposed, to make my backups of the vaults to my secure storage like Onedrive or Google Vaults.
When you upgrade to a newer version, it leaver the older version around, making it painful to manage.
