The software is user friendly and has pretty good documentation about everything. The support team is helpful and cooperative as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing I don't like about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High level of security and share process. Helpful chrome extension for suggestions while web browsing. Team password management.
Highly recommend 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is an excellent tool to easily and effectively secure all of my accounts. I appreciate being able to put all my passwords in one place, trusting that they are secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little bit of a time investment when first joining 1Password and adding it to your browsers and devices, but it's well worth the increased security and convenience of having your account set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password makes it easy for me to have strong, unique passwords for all of my accounts. Without it, it wouldn't be feasible to remember these many strong, unique passwords.
Very helpful and easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
Once I went through the process of setting up my accounts, it was easy to share them with my wife so she has access to our shared accounts, and it became simple and fast to use 1Password to quickly log in to my frequently used accounts, without having to remember different passwords or user names. It provides a sense of security that in an emergency my wife and I can access each other's accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I started using 1Password the 1Password logo/button on some sites covers up the button to show my password - so on sites that I haven't added to the account I can't view if I've typed in the password correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password has given me a sense of security by ensuring that with a shared account my wife and I have access to each other's accounts in case of an emergency. If something was to happen to either of us the other could gain any access they need.
Easy, fast, secure solution for sharing passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Best part about 1Password is the ability to have different vaults where you can save all sorts of confidential information and share it with just who you want to instead of going through hours of back and forth every week
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO logins are still not a feature that can be saved with 1Password and I have to share my personal login details with others offline just so they can use my sso login to access a certain service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is helping me keep a track of all the services and passwords my company uses as well as help share them asynchronously without much effort required on a daily basis. it's password recommending feature is a life saver!

I love every single thing 1Password has to offer.
1. Inbuilt 2 Factor Authentication (App OTP)
2. You can save recovery codes & recovery codes files (pdf, CSV and a lot more)
3. You can add websites/accounts & sub-websites/sub-accounts as many as you want
4. Security notes, credit cards, government docs, software licenses

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess 1Password doesn't have 2 Factor Authentication for themselves. What I mean is when you log in on the 1Password account, they do not have 2FA otherwise I love the extension, app, and website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing credentials with my team, managing my personal and professional accounts, API keys, software licenses and so much more. They have security and breach check feature that help me and remind me to change passwords in a timely manner and when there is a data breach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used a couple of password managers (open source) for free and paid; this is the BEST so far and I love using it in my day to day life.
No need to remember all of your passwords anymore
What do you like best about the product?
Availability to share the log in credentials with my colleagues easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it blocks the field to edit when pulling the email. Also, would be helpful if instead of typing the password I could just use the fingerprint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont need to remember my passwords anymore and sharing the log in details with my colleagues has never been easier.
Friendly password manager
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about 1Password is that it stores all my passwords in one secure place. So I don't have to worry about forgetting a password or having it stolen because 1Password will keep it safe for me. And if I do need to generate a new password, 1Password can do that for me too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The password generator is not always consistent when it comes to opening and saving web browser tabs. I am on a new website, trying to create login details for an account before my session expires. But the page keeps closing without me being able to save anything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love 1Password because it allows my end-users to save their passwords securely encrypted on the cloud. So I can be sure that nothing will happen when they open up a new computer or mobile device and use whatever password manager we've set up!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend 1Password to anyone who is looking for a secure and easy-to-use password manager. It's helped me keep my passwords safe and organized, and I know it can do the same for you!
Won't use anything else!
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is easy to use for both technical folks as well as users. It allows us to integrate our software directly with 1Password via SDKs and also give our users a familiar interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be better on the Secrets Automation features. It's early days there, so I am not surprised that it's lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using 1Password for secrets automation, in particular storing secrets for third-party integrations where we need non-technical folks to frequently interact with the secrets.
enterprise credentials security at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI and browser integration allows all non-tech people to be onboarded fast. The CLI tool is a must-have regarding automation scripting. The RBAC system is very well done and allows fine security. The customer support is extremely available, and helpful.
The smartphone app is a must too, a life-saver and game changer !

What do you dislike about the product?
After shopping around for a while on the behalf of my company I've tried a lot of alternatives and, each time there was a feature missing for our need or a feature lacking in the UI side of things. for the time being, there are no downsides using 1password as it excels at everything we need, all this wrapped in the best UI I've seen for this kind of software.
I'll edit this post in the future if I see that something could use an improvement

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
passwords sharing is one of the problems we solved, one time access links are great, credentials centralisation is one too. Scripting with the CLI is one thing we'll use more and more
