Integration and flexibility across different systems, like MacOS and Android, browser integration along with automatization for saving the data,
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific ideas do not work. Eg. Chrome proposals or in app proposals on Android do not work as intended. Can be cumbersome to get the right info.

Keeping everything organized between the private account and business with different teams and projects.

Ease and Security

  • December 07, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can keep all important info in one secure space, and share between my devices. Passwords, of course, but also 'just in case' info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Love the secure feeling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy on-the-go access to important apps (like banking), that I don't access very often - but when I need them, I need them!

The best way to never think about passwords again

  • December 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly experience that helps make passwords easy, but also so easy to be secure. Having inbuilt 2fa really helps convince people who are not security conscious to make the change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and moving from something like google password manager can be messy. This is however the fault of Google and Keychains style of operating, which doesn't allow people to actually leave their platform without physically removing each saved item bit by bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing risk by having visibility on how each user is tracking with their security. It also provides a more teach rather than show approach to help with the actual education of passwords.

Excellent Password Manager!

  • December 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This solution provides excellent coverage for all the operating systems that we need (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iPhone). Very useful centralized reporting, and secure file sharing features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered several bugs when using the native Linux client, it happened when I tried to upload a PDF file to store in my Private vault, the file failed to upload and just stayed stuck in the uploading progress for days until I eventually canceled the upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are using weak, easy-guessable passwords, and also reuse them (or a similar pattern) across all of their online accounts, I had to tackle this issue to make sure our organization manages their passwords responsibly.

Simply awesome

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great looking interface. Awesome autofil and password suggestions. Integration with Fastmail so as to create unique logins without revealing my actual email address. Also a great repository for secure notes and files. Instant synchronization between desktop app and browser app
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike; however, I would like to learn more about 2FA Authenticator integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind that my 200 plus online logins are 100% secure and pretty much non-crackable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I migrated from LastPass after having used that for over a decade. The transition was seamless and like a breath of fresh air. I initially signed up for a 7-day trial, but within 20 minutes of testing, I committed to a fully paid version.

1Password works

  • December 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that 1Password is on all my devices and works for multiple apps. I especially like the face recognition on my phone, so I don't even have to put in my master password to get into my accounts. I also love that it holds multiple users for the same platform, i.e. my work login vs. my personal login for a particular website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes 1Password pops up when I don't want it. And sometimes, it doesn't pop up when I do want it. It might be a matter of me getting better at using it, but it would be a good improvement to make that easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using simple passwords and duplicate passwords to make it easy to log in, but we were hacked and needed a way to use more complex passwords, more unique passwords, and share passwords with each other in a secure way. No hacks OR lockouts since starting to use 1Password, and hopefully, that will continue. We spend less time looking or asking for passwords and instead smoothly log in as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1Password was a good business decision for us. It works and is a good value for the benefit. As far as I know, it's also the only password storage system that has never been hacked (knock wood).

Being able to secure passwords safely and securely.

Could not live without it!

  • December 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, having all the passwords in one place and at your fingertips (literally). The great new sharing feature. The peace of mind of a great company behind strong about security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there is not an autocomplete feature like, for example, the one in KeyPass. Would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many passwords to manage, with 1Password I solved this problem, both security and quantity wise.

1Password Review

  • December 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can store all my passwords in 1 location. Also, I no longer need to memorize many different passwords, and it's secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about 1Password so far. I just worried my master password is lost or got stolen, then all my details are gone as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management system for all staff within the company for security purposes; therefore, company data are protected.

Solid Password Management System

  • December 05, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI and high security. I have used 1Password with FaceID, a yubikey, and TouchID without issue. The team seems very receptive to community feedback and is constantly adding new features and improving security. One such security feature that I really enjoy is Watchtower (which detects potential password vulnerabilities).
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improvement in is the optimizations of Categories and of Autofill. For categories, there aren't enough granular categories and they are American orientated (SSN vs SIN). Also, Autofill really goofs up sometimes on some websites. I understand this is usually the website/services' fault but it's still annoying, especially when a mask makes the FaceID not work and I have to enter the password in each time I am switching back and forth to manually enter my credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 100 logins and with 1Password I am able to have a unique and strong password for every single login. On top of that, the integrated 2FA allows me to have everything I need in one app.
